Very friendly staff and very convenient spot. Almost everything was walking distance and if you don’t want to walk you can use their uber service called Grab. It’s super affordable. Great shops and entertainment nearby. The hotel is very clean and they have 24/7 staff which was nice. Check-in can be any time but it’s best to also let them know if you have a late flight in. Check out time is 12pm but if you want to explore before your flight they will hold your luggage for you until you are ready. They provide laundry service if need be and free breakfast.

Location was great. Although we didn't get the room we booked the lovely staff worked hard to make amends. Our stay at the hotel and the area was excellent.

We loved the friendly staff at this hotel, Chloe from reception was the stand out who went out of her way to make us feel so welcome. I’d also like to mention the chef who was incredibly friendly and makes the best omelette.😍

The hotel is centrally located in the old quarter in a bustling area near many restaurants, shops and the hoan kiem lake. The staff are polite, warm and the breakfast is good for indian few veg options. Mr. Thuc recommended some great places to visit which was useful. Tram and kenny at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Our room was a little small, but rooms with balconies are available at a higher price. Another good thing about the hotel which we liked was that it was a 1 min walk from the indian restaurant zaika. Which was very helpful. Overall a good stay!.

Awalnya sulit ditemukan, tetapi terletak di Kawasan Tua, sehingga Anda dapat berjalan ke mana saja. Kondisi kamar bagus dan AC berfungsi dengan baik. Untuk sarapan, Anda dapat menanyakan bihun, lauk telur, atau kopi apa pun yang Anda inginkan. Meski kecil, namun dibuat dengan cara yang lucu. Yang paling membuat saya terkesan adalah mereka memberi kami minuman selamat datang, pamflet, menjelaskan area sekitar, merekomendasikan restoran, dan bahkan membantu kami membawa barang bawaan. Sedemikian rupa sehingga saya bahkan berpikir untuk memberikan tip. Staf berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan baik sehingga Anda dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik. Namun, kekurangannya adalah meskipun ada jendela, ada tembok tepat di depannya dan karena ini hotel kecil, tidak banyak makanan untuk sarapan, tetapi ini adalah nilai terbaik untuk uang.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and would like to return. It was a short day, but i rested really comfortably. It was in the heart of the tourist attraction, so i could visit many places in a short time, and the hotel was clean because it was built not long after it was built. They offered an hour late checkout and reasonably priced airport transportation. Also, the young staff i am the evening and the doorman were very nice, so i felt good as i passed by.

This hotel comes highly recommended. I can say that everything is almost perfect! The entire team is very nice and helpful. They take care of us like we are at home. Even from 11 a. M. To 12 p. M., they can microwave our dishes (we bring from outside the restaurant) to ensure we have a good meal. So you can know how enthusiastic they are. They recommend many good places to visit and eat.

Saya menginap hanya semalam. Lokasinya sangat bagus dan stafnya menyenangkan. Kamarnya kecil, tidak ada ruang untuk membuka koper. Air menetes dari langit-langit ke lantai. Sayangnya bantalnya sangat keras. Sarapannya enak.

We stayed at hotel lotama for three days and were very satisfied with the hospitality. The staff are polite and friendly and go above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms are small but neat and clean. The location is in the heart of the old quarter, close to the lake and all the restaurants / cafes. The hotel also provided a good free breakfast and a packed breakfast for us during our early morning checkout. I want to thank the staff for making our stay in hanoi very memorable.

The hotel is in a good location. Its not far from anywhere. The staff is kind and polite. Our family room was a bit small, but it was very comfortable to stay in. The view outside the balcony window was also good. Breakfast tastes great!.

The photos are up to date. The room was really nice and clean! We took one without a real window, it opened to a wall. So be aware of that. A more expensive room might be worth it. The staff treated us very well. Breakfast was a buffet with various foods, including sushi. No complaints!.

Our stay at the Lotusama hanoi hotel was a dream come true. The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The service made our stay unforgettable. Betty is the sweetest hospitality worker my partner and i have ever encountered. She was kind, beautiful and had such a beautiful energy. I didnt know the names of the other staff but they were also great at all hours of the day when we left and returned. I believe the hotel has recently undergone a rebranding, so there arent many reviews yet, but dont hesitate to book here for your stay in hanoi and you wont regret it.
