неплохой отель для 3... нам достался номер с протечкой с верхнего этажа.... у друзей 2 номера были рядом, с одинаковым расположением, но гораздо лучше чем наш

The room was nice and clean, plus the beach was within walking distance. The staff speaks English poorly and has a dissatisfied personality. But, the staff behaved slow and didn't act well. If not, the staff should have been courteous to the management and guests. We complained about the lack of neat tables at breakfast. After complaining, they offered politely if they could remove one for us, but they couldn't understand anything. After becoming frustrated, we finally decided to secure a table, but they made an effort to be nice. The whole breakfast area was chaotic. At 21:30, a woman from the staff rang the door bell several times, then came in, saw our towels, and left without saying anything. I'm confused. Both employees and visitors were conversing loudly in the hallways in the morning. Not the most peaceful hotel.

When I stayed here, I got a large room. It's a good place to stay if you want to stay directly across from the beach and next to the Highland Coffee. The only hotel I've been to where they mention the toilet is sanitized, which is a plus.

The location is ideal because it is close to the Sheraton Nha Rang and just a short walk from the beach. The facilities and buffet are not good. I can't use the wifi there, strange in Vietnam. Bad smell in the bathroom. The staff is not friendly and unprofessional.

Location is directly across from the beach. One of the best cafes is right next door. This isn't a luxury hotel but for what you pay, it is very well worth the money. The staff are all very friendly and rooms are quite big.

Nice clean hotel directly across from the beach. This hotel , in fact Nha Trang itself caters to Russians so language can be an issue. The hotel pool is in the shadows between four building and doesn't see much sun or much use. Complementary breakfast is plentiful but bland.

예약 후 새벽 늦게 도착했는데 호텔에 불이 다 꺼져있어 당황했지만 카운터 뒤에서 자던 직원이 나와서 짐 옮겨주고 체크인 해줌. 영어로 소통 가능(아주 잘하진 않음) 슈페리어룸 바닷가 뷰 좋으나 소음 있는 편. 화장실깨끗 수압 괜찮고 방 넓고 바닥도 깨끗한 편. 가성비 최고의 호텔.. 옆에 쉐라톤 인터컨티넨탈 안부러움

Just needed a place overnight. Was cheap online. Close to the beach. Room was simple and clean with all that I needed. Other guests were really noisy - but no fault of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was disappointing as I got there late, and all the meat and good stuff was gone. But I ate lots of vegetables which was fine. Owners and staff could take some greater pride in the hotel. It's April now and the breakfast buffet room still has Christmas ornaments hanging from the roof and the main feature wall still says "Happy New Year 2017". But I only paid about US$40 online for one night, and I had a clean bed, hot shower and good wifi, so can't complain.

Не понравилось, что отвратительно открывалась входная дверь. приходилось прикладывать усилия! Отвратительный вай-фай! окна и двери номера были деревянные соответственно и слышимость были отличная((( Убирались регулярно и нормально! Еда приличная!

The front desk personnel need to be trained more on customer greeting and service. We stood in front of the check in desk over 5 minutes without recognition from the front desk personnel. Maybe we were invisible at that moment.

Vattnettrycket samt varmvattnet fungerade inte. Bad om hjälp, så de kom och löste det.... inte. Och senare under kvällen kommer de och säger att vi "förlorat" en handduk och ville ha en ersättning på 200.000 vnd. Servicen saknade konstant klarhet. Ta något annat ställe. Finns en massa boenden runt omkring.
