The hotel staffs were extremely helpful and kind! All of them helped me not just with the hotel but also traveling around, giving us a lot of recommendations, and keeping our rental bike safe. And they speak English very well so it was easy to communicate with them. The hotel was clean and very easy access everywhere in Hanoi. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in a walking distance. I recommend eating at a street food shops that have plastic tables and chairs outside. They taste better and much cheaper. I also recommend downloading Grab app for chartering taxi before coming to Hanoi. When we caught a taxi on the street without it, they charged us more than double the usual fee. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's staying in Hanoi.

Hotel staff were super pleasant and helpful. We had our cell phone stolen while out and the staff helped us deal with police, try to locate the phone, and file a police report. They also prepared a full breakfast for us at 6:30 AM so we could catch our flight, even though they normally start breakfast at 7:00.

Excellent staff! Super helpful and knowledgeable about cultural sites and food places. Clean place, fresh cold and hot breakfast. You might see moldy edges in the bathroom, but it comes with humid weather. Otherwise very clean.

Not only is it close to everything in the old quarter the team there are extremely helpful with helping book affordable tours not showcased on travel websites, the rooms are also extremely clean and well managed. Would stay again!

Loved it. Best hotel throughout my entire four week tour with 7 stops including two 5* hotels. The staff go way beyond their duty to ensure you’re comfortable in every sense. They’ll source local food to your liking with top recommendations and they’ll give you top tips of the local area and beyond. They’ll also have a laugh and a joke with you because they’re not only very professional but they’re also fantastic human beings and very lovely people. Thanks again Luxury Old Quarter for the bestest time xx

All of the staff including porters, housekeeping and the wonderful people at reception made my stay here very comfortable and interesting as they booked taxis from the airport a d trips also. With Their vast local experience and expertise they were able to advise on local and international cuisine. They helped with smartphone apps to provide helpful links for local transport and delivery meals, they also explained the the local food and gave recommendations to my palate. A tourist / traveller is very limited to services during The Lunar New Year (Tet) as local people enjoy the period with their families and most of the city is closed but at least you’ll be able to cross the beep beep road without too much beep beep haha. Thank you Luxury Old Quarter for a wonderful eight days stay. Oh, the breakfast is the best for Eastern People in all of Asia!!

The room looks great and comfortable bed. Staff are kind. I would recommend when cleaning the rooms to check if anything was empty to fill them. Our hand soap container empty when we checked in but once we told the cleaners they did it away. We had 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. Older hotel but in the heart of Old Town Hanoi and close to everything.

The hotel and staff were great. Comfortable beds. Our room did not face the main road, so I think that had a big influence on the quiet of the room. The hotel is small, blink and you’ll miss it, but quite lovely. Delicious breakfast. Best thing though? The staff. What a lovely group of people. Honestly, the team there was so nice! Helpful & kind. While Old Quarter was chaos outside - inside was tranquil and the staff made all the difference.
