We really enjoyed our stay at Minh Nhung! Check in was a breeze and the staff were incredibly sweet - even going so far as to notice it was my birthday and wish me a happy one! The room was a nice size, very comfortable and bright, and the sunrise from the balcony was beautiful! We found plenty of little shops, restaurants, and cafes in the area within walking distance, but there were always cabs around if we didn't feel like walking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

This hotel seem to be constructed very recently, lobby with decoration of Vietnam family house in yeats 1950s-1980s, in-room equipment and decoration is quite reasonable (to its level). Staff is very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic.

Everything was ok, except the noise from other guests and neighbors. They song Karaoke almost every evening & late nights. We could not sleep. For others who wouldn’t mind about the noise, this would be ok for the prices, convenient location with many good food around. Thanks the staff, Ms. Hanh & Ms. Thuong for their cooperation and support. 💐

Flexible and reasonable in dealing with my request for extra bed for 3rd person. There is no such non smoking or smoking room as per Expedia description on website. Room is far smaller and older in reality, however ok with price tag and 2 star rating.

A good value hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Local area a little untidy and no decent restaurant, but a cheap 5 minute taxi ride gets you into the main town.

Helt greit hotell for en natt eller to. Noen språkvansker i resepsjonen, litt sliten madrass og en del lange hår på gulvet. Dusj i badekar uten noe forheng er heller ikke så praktisk.

When I checked in, the receptionist couldn'd find my reservation (because they cannot reconigze my booking from thier email). Unfortuntely, the hotel was overbooked and wee need to wait nearly 1 hour because the receptionist need to check with telephone reservation to see any cancelation to find room for me. Finally, we can get the room but Im totally unhappy because Hotels.com didnt have any check to make sure the hotel receive customer's reservation or not. I think this mistake not only from Hotel but also from Hotels.com. Any way, still support Hotels.com and I just comment to help you improve. One more thing, I think Hotels.com should have customers service line in Vietnam so we can call to get support just in case.
