We were very grateful for his kindness in recompense when we had to cancel because we couldnt travel anymore. It appeared lovely and received five stars, as it was obvious that even though we didnt stay, the level of service was excellent!.

The homestays proprietor, linh, was fantastic. After our overnight train, she was very accommodating and allowed us to check in and get ready early. She assisted us in setting up a hiking trail and organizing everything we required. The location was lovely and conveniently close to town, yet still on the outskirts with sweeping views and surroundings.

The rooms are somewhat overpriced, though i believe they are. The balcony offers stunning views, and its in a great location if you want to be close to the city of sapa.

The location was idealit was within walking distance to the town center, yet sufficiently remote to be peaceful and quiet. The room was spotless and cozy, offering a breathtaking view. Additionally, the host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, speaking excellent english. We were able to enjoy the breakfast, which was included in the price, on our balcony, as it was large and delicious.

The rooms balcony offers the best views of the terraces of sa pa rice. It is also conveniently located, away from the hustle and bustle but still only a 10minute walk from town center. The host, ling, is very accommodating, helpful, and makes sure to attend to all our requests. Highly recommended.

Linh was a very friendly host, we felt very welcome during our stay. The location was quiet, away from the town. Mintus best feature is the electric warmer they provide on the bed. Made our night very comfortable hiding under the blanket.

Linh is one of the best hosts ive ever met. We stayed here for 2D 2N and Linha made sure we were comfortable at all times. The homestay is in a great location, just ten minutes walk from the city center but far enough away to enjoy secluded relaxation and vistas of nature. Our room had amazing views - we are lucky enough to be in Sa Pa during sunny weather and have sweeping views of mountains and rice fields. One day we had breakfast pho, banana pancakes and tea! We also organized ionhs bike tour with him to the villages in pa. It was well planned with good angles for photos and great commentary from linh to share more about the area. She is very friendly and welcoming, took care of us and allowed us to leave our bags even after we checked out. He allowed me to return to his home stay and wait there for our night bus back to hanoi. Thank you so much, lanh, and best wishes for your 70 km marathon later this year.

The rooms are rustic and have everything you need for exploring the surroundings. Mintu home was a lovely little home in the mountains during our trip to sapa. Linh, the host, was very accommodating and made our stay so special.

It was a wonderful stay. The host was really kind and made us feel at ease. There were excellent views and everything you could possibly need in the rooms, depending on the weather. It would be more comfortable in winter because it can get cold there if the accommodations had heaters. Breakfast was also excellent. Without denying, i would suggest it. Accessing the location can be tad challenging unless its rainy or foggy. Id advise wearing decent shoes because the road to get there is rough and muddy. Enjoy!.

The location is a bit far from the city center, so you wont hear any noise and the view from your balcony is amazing. Only 15 minutes away are the rice fields down the mountain. And you can eat there. The best host and location we could have hoped for during our stay in sa pa!.

The food was delicious and the warm welcome was perfect. Excellent knowledge. Very good at speaking english. Thank you very much. Absolutely amazing. We had a lot of fog, but taking pictures was fantastic. The mountains are hidden behind clouds.

Beautiful place to stay in sapa. The location is very strategic, not far from the town but also not in the village area, it is in front by 10 minutes walking distance to the center. Views are breathtaking, they have balconies overlooking fansipan mountain. Linh and his family are very nice, welcoming you like your own family so you feel loved and happy while staying at their place. Thank you linh for the great host! Definitely will be back.
