Miss Ten homestay is perfectly situated in Hoi An. It’s a minimal from the night market and all that Hoi An has to offer, yet it’s in a quiet area. Miss Ten is very attentive and is willing to help in any way. She scheduled a private car to take us to Hue, our next destination. She opens up her home and makes you feel as part of the family. Thanks for a great vacation.

From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An.

Ms Ten and her family are very welcoming! Her husband Ken came picked us up in DaNang and brought us to their Homestay. Ms. Ten cooked us meals (not in our plan), gave us snacks and directed us to the proper places for better prices. Only 2 blocks from the river or touristy part of old town. Service and price was amazing!!!!! NOTE: FAMILY STAYS ARE NOT JUST A ROOM IN THE HOUSE. YOU GET A FULL ON ENSUITE WITH BALCONY!! VERY PRIVATE. Lovely Family!!!!

This is one of many home stays which is very much like a bed and breakfast… very neat way to add to the experience of Hoi An… nestled right in the heart of everything it would be impossible to find a better deal that adds to the experience…. Super nice lady and family…

Great stay at Miss Tens. Miss Ten is very helpful, attentive snd friendly. Our room was upgraded for free as the hotel was quiet. The room was very clean. The shower in the room was the beat we have had on our 6 week trip. Miss ten organised private transport to Da Nang airport for a better price than we could have got in shared transport. Highly recommend this due to its cleanliness. The images on the website do reflect what the rooms are like.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay with Miss Ten. The spacious room was amazing with a balcony and large window, beautiful bathroom, and a hot enclosed shower. Each morning we were greeted warmly by Miss Ten who served us authentic coffee and prepared for us a delicious breakfast. Any questions we had were answered, and any needs we had were fulfilled. The location was just perfect, so close to the river, restaurants and all Hoi An’s ancient district’s bustling activities. It was difficult for us to leave such a wonderful accommodation, and such a warm host and her family.

Miss Ten is a very attentive host. She really takes care of her guests. The rooms are big and clean and the stay was comfortable. The location is fantastic as it's only a 5 minute walk from ancient city.

Miss Ten's homestay was incredible! She is really welcoming to all of her visitors and is happy to arrange tours, serve coffee, call a taxi, etc. The room itself was great, so spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the night markets or the bridge of lights. We didn't sample breakfast as we slept in too late, but Miss Ten did make us lunch and it was so delicious! We really recommend staying here during your trip.

The best homestay in Vietnam for almost 2 months. Mars 10 is 1010. Excellent mom! Take care of everything. We stayed in a room on the second floor for 4 days with a balcony. 100 recommendation. Excellent location.

If you think about staying in hoi an for a few nights, this is the place to reserve. I spent 5 nights at Miss Tens Homestay and had a great time. I booked a room with a balcony that I would highly recommend to other travelers as well. The room on the third floor had nice street views and was not at all noisy at night. The room itself was very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff checked my room every day and changed the towels frequently. The bathroom is amazing, you can adjust the water temperature and water pressure, which is good. If you take into account all of the amazing things included in the price, the room rate for this accommodation is more than reasonable. Youll have spacious and clean rooms, a fantastic location near the sights by a not too busy street, breakfast, and most importantly, 5-star service. Miss Ten is such a kind, accommodating and genuine host she made my stay at Hoi An a dream come true. Nothing is too much trouble for her. When I booked my room she offered the possibility for an airport pickup, which I ended up asking for an airport dropout too which was well arranged. On my day of arrival I even had lunch on the spot which I was extremely grateful for. She might surprise you with something she has cooked or baked during her stay here. I felt like I was staying with friends and family rather than in a big busy city before

Great new guesthouse, just a short walk from the action and a bit away from the main chaos so you can sleep soundly at night. Amazing hospitality, very fair prices for activities and transportation options, clean spacious deluxe room with balcony our friends had one of the inside rooms that stayed very quiet throughout the day. Good internet. Will definitely be back!.
