Roomy, clean, lots of storage, large windows, comfortable bed, well-functioning A/C, good Western-style shower. Do not know if true for all the rooms, but mine was actually a studio apartment with nice little kitchen and a sofa. Staff were so nice and helpful. The night I arrived a nearby ATM kept my card without giving me any money and there were no nearby restaurants that took credit cards. Anh took it upon herself to cook me eggs and toast and when I had money the next day continued to refuse to let me buy her lunch or a drink or something. Also there were no places nearby to buy a SIM card for my phone so Miss Tham took me to buy one. Plenty of street food nearby. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay near hanoi railway station, about 5 minutes walk. It is located on secluded street with lots of trees, especially around the street which is clean and quiet. This apartment is new and more modern than most similar properties. In short this is an area worth staying for long in the center.

Perfect coffee shop where you can enjoy delicious cappuccinos and get pho in the morning at a reasonable price. 40 k nang is incredibly affordable. A great place to stop before taking the train to hanoi station!.

I might run out of words to express how wonderful and satisfying our stay at the narcissus hotel and their wonderful staff, especially max. 200/100. I am unable to thank them enough for accommodating my requests even before we actually stayed there. 1) they kept our luggage safe. 2) I happened to buy a lot of food because oir vacation fell during tet and pornographically used all of their spaces in the fridge in advance. 3) Our car booking to and from the hotel is inexpensive and comfortable, even when it was way too early. 4. Our rooms are immaculately clean. Thanks to the cheerful and patient housekeeping. They are very comfortable and we were able to cook. The location is quite convenient, walking distance to downtown less than 10 minutes. We enjoyed the breakfast with the Pho and banh quon. 7 th trip to sapa. He even fixed the car for us after we had an issue with his tour agent. 8 some of my family members brought irish currency and i didnt know he could use them, but max was incredibly accommodating with every request we made. Thank you so much, mr. Max, and his crew. You are genuinely benevolent. All that you do is appreciate your efforts and staff. Even though our belongings and luggage are still there, as we went to Sapa, she even reduced our hotel rates.

I have had the pleasure of living in this excellent apartment. The location is conveniently close to the city center, offering a refreshing atmosphere with clean, quiet spaces yet conveniently located near restaurants and entertainment venues. At affordable and reasonable rates, nacissus hotel and apartment offers an unparalleled experience for guests staying in Hanoi.

Although it is not located in the old town, it does have a good location. The room is brand new and immaculately clean, with comfortable beds at reasonable prices.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room has a kitchen. Very clean and spacious. 5 minutes walk to train station, so it is easy to catch tasty trains to other parts of vietnam. Delicious coffee and pho with fried dough for breakfast.
