If you want a quiet escape from the busy, noisy streets, this is the place for you. Its nice, quiet, and everyone is friendly. Even though its a bit far from the center by car, you can take a local bridge accessible by bike or scooter. The family offers free bike rental or pay to rent a scooter. Dont want to ride a bike? They also offer drop off by motorbike using the local bike or scooter only bridge nearby. The host also helped us organize tours, pickup and drop off. Her services were amazing and she made things simple.

Homestay ini dijalankan oleh keluarga Vietnam, berjarak sekitar 3- 4 km dari pusat kota. Jaraknya jauh dan jalan menuju ke sana indah dan indah. Ini sangat bersih untuk harganya dan ternyata kebaikan dan perhatian tuan rumah kepada para tamu sangat berdedikasi. Suasananya seperti rumah saudara di mana seluruh anggota keluarga memperhatikan tamu seperti karyawan. Saya pasti akan kembali.

We had a wonderful time here and are so happy we chose to stay here with such a wonderful family. It can be very hectic in the old town and it was nice to have such a peaceful place to escape after a busy day! Fantastic hosts! They treated us like family throughout our entire stay, and the area is full of friendly and helpful locals. Our room was perfect and very private, but we were also frequently invited to join the family for activities or just tea and a chat. The youngest members of the family are very sweet and enjoyed practicing some english with us! The location is an easy drive into town on bikes, which are always available for rent at low prices. Its also a very manageable walk, which we did on numerous occasions. Breakfast included was great, making our mornings very easy and relaxing. Some days it was a great omelette with baguette, others may be a local speciality like cao Lau noodles - it was nice to enjoy some variety.

The location is strategic and not far from the city center. The owner is a very nice and friendly family. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. The breakfast is delicious and i have very good memories of this place and the family. I cant wait to come back and visit them again. It was a great stay!.

The room was nice, clean and quite new. The owner is a couple, the woman was very nice and prepared a good breakfast for us, the man was a bit sneaky and didnt feel like making breakfast on our first day.

The owner is a very friendly couple. Breakfast is served daily until 10 am. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The location is in a nice quiet area. Its easy to ride a scooter or bicycle to the city center.

We had a pleasant stay here. Very friendly host. The location is 3 km south of the centre of hoi an and very close to the rice fields. Bicycle ride through the rice fields is refreshing. Recommended for people looking for a quiet and peaceful stay in hoi an and experience the countryside. Value for money.

I really enjoyed this place. The location is good, 10 meters by bike from the center, and very good because the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The room is very clean, with comfortable pillows and mattresses. The host is very helpful and lovely, we had a great time there.
