We would stay here again when visiting Hani because we will miss everything and everyone at this hotel. We spent six full days at the New Vision Palace Hotel, and it was truly fantastic. The hotel's employees were excellent and they aided us with anything, even giving us a free upgrade when we returned from along bay. Thanks, Mr. Mia, bruno and Annie, they are the best Vietnamese people we've met anywhere else. They were assisting us with restaurant visits, finding a place to eat bird nests, and finding the best trip to along bay. We cannot speak highly enough of this hotel, and we'd return when we visit Hani.

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially in bruno. They checked in on us after we had our tour booked to ensure we had breakfast before going, and so they knew it was a long day tour. It's the little things.

The room is small but tidy and clean. The breakfast is good. Not much variety but freshly cooked and delicious. Location is ok. But what makes this hotel appealing is the service. All the day and night staff are always ready with a warm smile. They never get tired of answering any questions. They tried their best to give us the best answers and they did so with a very sweet smile. Truly a cheap hotel with a star service!.

While the hotel was a fantastic place overall, our experience with it has generally been favorable. It came to our attention that many of the booking websites intentionally published a picture of the deluxe double room inadvertently I am assuming and the actual pictures of the superior room are taken from deceptive angles. We had never had to upgrade our room to add more space until this point in our journey, but if you glance closely at the pictures, youll notice that the room is so ridiculously small that the double bed only fits one tiny nightstand and cant be accessed from both sides. Not only was the space not up to our expectations, but the inside window literally enters the structure staircase. We were on the second level and could hear people eating breakfast in the main dining area. It actually felt more like a single room in a hostel than a room in an supposedly 3. 5-star hotel. The dining area was also small, and the breakfast was low, so we chose to dine out instead, which was a nice change since every hotel always included breakfast. Why was our overall stay so pleasant? First off, the location is right in the center of the old quarter. The staff was really friendly and helpful, but there should be some caution about the superiorstyle room because it is truly unacceptable and shameful that they even offer it to couples for that price. The hotel is in the center of everything you want to see and do. Everything you would expect from a three-star hotel. Very close to Beer Street. Great value.
