OCEAN VIEW APT. 3536 - 3BEDROOMS - NHA TRANG BEACH

1. Check-in time is 2:00 pm - Check out is 12:00 noon.
2. Early arrival and late departure may be arranged and subject to availability. 50% of daily room rate will be applied for an extension up to 18:00hrs and a full day room rate shall be applied after 18:00hrs.
3. Special requests (if any) are subject to our availability upon check in.
4. The passport, ID card, birth certificate… will be required upon check-in.
5. Pets are not allow in the apartment.
6. Three-bedrooms inside (note: 3rd bedroom_2 single beds, it is not a separate room, with curtains only ), so apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1-2 children under 12 years old sharing with parents (no mattress or extra bed).
7. During the stay, please do not make a loud noise that affects neighbors
(If reminded many times, the building security will not allow to continue).
8. To prevent fire and environmental protection, please turn off the stove and iron when not in use, turn off the common power when going out, leave the garbage in the right place.
9. Please keep your elevator card and room key carefully, if lose, you will have to pay the building fee of VND 100,000 / elevator card and VND 50,000 / room key.
