We stayed at the Odin for 5 nights. The reception staff were extremely helpful, especially Thuy Ngan and Tin Huu. They went out of there way in assisting us with booking taxis, drivers and tours. Would stay here again if in Quy Nhon.

Honestly a great hotel to stay at. The rooms were clean, the pool and gym were lovely, and the staff were very friendly. A very good hotel breakfast too - the best we’ve had in Vietnam. Quy Nhon is a fabulous place not ruined by tourists. The restaurants were amazing and the atmosphere is very unique. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel - such good value.

Al the staff were very professional, especially Thuy Meghan at the reception was very helpful. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Bed and pillows super comfortable and very clean, perfect location, a few minutes walk from the beach but quiet. I would book it again!

Wir (Familie mit 2 großen Kindern) hatten das Penthouse im der 15 Etage. Eigentlich eine Maisonette auf 2 Stockwerken. 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad + 1 grosses Bett. Sauber, ruhig, komfortabel. TOP!

해변에서 두 블럭 안쪽에 위치해 있어서 5분 정도만 걸어가면 해변 산책을 할 수 있고 대로변이 아니라 번잡하지도 않고 조용하게 지낼 수 있어 좋았어요. 객실은 넓고 하루종일 환하며 침대는 너무 푹신하지도 너무 딱딱하지도 않아 꿀잠을 부르는 매력이 있었어요. 조식은 가짓수가 많진 않은데 다 맛있어요. 18층에는 헬스장이랑 루프탑수영장이 있어서 간단히 운동도 하고 한낮에 더위 피해 수영하며 시간보내기 좋아요. 꾸이년 자체가 굉장히 여유롭고 평화로운 곳이라 호텔에서 보내는 시간이 많았는데 객실 창으로 보이는 바다 풍경만 보고 있어도 좋았어요. 로비 직원들도 모두 친절하고 도움 요청하면 무엇이든 최선을 다해 도와주신답니다. 현지투어사와 연결해주기도 하고 다른 도시로 이동할 리무진버스 예약도 대신 해 주세요. 딱 하나 아쉬운 점, 꾸이년이 베트남 현지분들이 주로 오는 휴양도시이다 보니 조식 뷔페 이용할 때 다소 시끄럽게 느껴지긴 합니다. 근데 이건 호텔 문제는 아니고 여행자 입장에서 감수해야 할 부분인거 같아요.

Merci beaucoup à monsieur Minh et madame Ngan à la réception. Ils sont tellement gentils, souriants, aimables. Merci à monsieur Minh pour tous les bons conseils pour les beaux endroits à visiter. La salle à manger pas grand choix dans le buffet , on doit toujours demander pour le café, fruits… les tables sont mal lavées, je pense qu’il n’enlève pas les napperons pour laver les tables car on trouve encore les miettes de nos déjeuners les jours d’avance

The staff at this hotel are amazing and very helpful. We had a nice view from the 14th floor and our AC worked perfect contrary to some reviews I had read. I did find the bathroom a bit too compact for my liking. But there was good water pressure and loads of hot water. Beds were comfortable too.

A good size room with a comfortable bed and a good view. The bathroom had a good shower with conditioner as well as shampoo and shower gel, and the hotel also provided body lotion. Oddly, there was a separate bath in the bedroom area, but all the toiletries were bolted to the wall in the shower. There was little by way of storage space in the bedroom. Only one side of the bed had a bedside lamp, and although the hotel was almost empty, they were unable to provide a second one. There were hairs on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom, and the shower screen looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The buffet breakfast on the first morning was lack lustre and the staff uninterested. The tables had not been properly cleaned and had crumbs on them. On our second and third mornings, there were so few guests that they offered an à la carte breakfast, which was much better. The manager was very helpful. He organised a further clean of our room after we complained. We had been given the name of a reliable driver, and the manager called him, arranged a tour and negotiated a price. The rooftop pool and bar were out of action, having been damaged by a recent storm. The gym was open. The equipment was adequate, but did not appear to have been cleaned recently.
