Because we had a flight the next morning, we needed sanitized lodging for the night. We reserved tavern through hostelworld for $3. Although we were pleasantly surprised by the price, there have been no previous issues. The personnel was able to check us in, but they still allowed us to enter our room. It was now $12 when the room was due to checkout the following morning. Employees claimed to have not made reserving through hostworld. When we reviewed our documentation, the staff was very helpful in working with us on addressing the issue, and the assistant manager spoke perfect english, which was extremely helpful. They gave us $10 for their cheapest accommodation because they offered us 20% off. Additionally, they provided us with free transportation to the airport. To resolve the problem, it was agreed that both parties share documentation and get in touch with hoststelworld as soon as possible. Apart from the money issuethe staff went above and beyond, while the rooms were immaculate and peaceful. Because the personnel were so welcoming, accommodating, understanding, i would return and pay whatever price they wanted. Nd is the associate manager! Fantastic guy!.

I will most certainly return for my next trip. The room was spotless and offered a lovely view of the Asian park. I was particularly impressed by the stylish bar on the ground floor.

The location is convenient, the price is reasonable, and the room is clean. The staff is friendly. There are recreation areas and a movie theater directly across the street. I will definitely return.
