1: Smoking is only allowed at the balcony with the balcony door is closed.
2. Photos of passports of All of your group's members must be sent to us via Abnb before your trip at least 01 days so that we can input your information into the online record of the government office for short-term residence registration. This is compulsory for all local business with a legal business license. If you are not comfortable with providing a photo of your passport, you can inform us of the name, passport number, and nationality of ALL of your group's members. Please noted that the accuracy of the information is your responsibility.
3. If there are 6 guests or fewer, three beds will be prepared (one in each bedroom). For 7&8 guests, one more queen size bed will be prepared in the biggest bedroom. If you have 6 guests or less and want to use 4 beds, please let us know in advance.
3. No drugs inside the house, quiet time is from 10:00 pm.
4. No pets inside the house.
5. Absolutely no fires or charcoal allowed in the house.
6. To keep the apartment for Late check-out, extra fee will be charged depending on how many hours after your checkout time: 30% day fee until 3 pm & full day's charge for checkouts after 3 pm.
7. Please leave the elevator cards and swimming pool cards on the kitchen counter when you check out. Damage or loss of the cards will be charged 10$/card.
8. At the guest's request, we provide the free-of-charge luggage storage services (at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage) until 3:00 pm of the check-out day.
9. Pick-up service is not available after 9:00 pm.
