Hôtel familiale de 5 chambres. La propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable. Choissisez de préférence la chambre avec balcon, la petite difference de prix en vaut grandement la peine. Les chambres sont grandes, propres et bien équipées. L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville mais il y a un prêt de vélo gratuit ou une location de scooter à petit prix. Les serviettes de bain sont changées tout les jours sur demande, par contre le ménage n'est pas fait tout les jours. Il n'y a pas de choix pour le petit déjeuner et pas de bouteilles d'eau gratuites. C'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour 2 ou 3 jours maximum.

We had a wonderful stay here! We only stayed one night and wished we could have extended our stay, but we couldnt cancel our other accommodation booking. The host was extremely kind and helpful! She also assisted us in booking an amazing cooking class and a coconut boat tour at a great price. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable with clean bedding. The air conditioning was great and there was also a fan. Breakfast is included which is a great bonus! We had omelettes with fresh baguettes and coffee, which the host made for us with a smile even though it was technically past the time breakfast was served. It was great value and i highly recommend staying here!.

We spent two weeks at emma's phoenix homestay in a deluxe king room with a balcony. Everything was excellent, and she was very helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast noodles were delicious. The omelette is fine. I occasionally took a bath because our room had a bath. You can purchase coffee or tea and prepare your own belongings in the room because there is a kettle inside the room. Plenty of room for storing your toiletries. The best option is to purchase at the winmart, which is only a minutes walk away, as the other stores tried to sell me stuff at a higher price.

The room was really modern and clean in a very spacious house. The lady who ran it is so kind and caring, serves a great breakfast too! We took them up on the free bike offer as it only is a 5/10 minute cycle into the ancient town. Amazing location and lovely stay there.

This is a really nice hotel for the price. Rooms are spacious and newish, have nice furniture and bathrooms are really nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They provide free bicycles for use which makes getting into the old quarter very quick. Offer a nice breakfast each morning.

Run by a small friendly family with no extra staff. The whole house was newly refurbished and kept extremely clean. Well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, functional utilities, smart tv and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrom is well designed allowing you to have a shower and not drench the toilet and the floor. Set breakfast, changing daily and delicious. The family went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They spoke English well. We stayed 4 nights and would definitely go back there. Extremely well priced.

Excellent lodging! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bikes were free, albeit a touch rusty, and the breakfast was excellent. We were also pleased to receive reliable information that helped us plan our visit to the city and its surrounding area. Additionally, the host kindly assisted us in purchasing bus tickets to our next destination by calling a travel agency that only spoke vietnamese. Additionally, we were delighted to have the opportunity to prepare and eat lcoal hoi an pancakes with the family! Strongly advised.

The host was fantastic in answering our questions. Breakfast was included and delicious. There was only one option for food, but it was still delicious! The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Basic bathroom, but average for others staying in vietnam, so quite good. We could rent bikes for free, but they were of good quality. Good quality and price in general. Cons the house is a little too far from the center. We saw it on the map before, but we didnt mind much because we like walking and enjoying more peace at night. But if youre looking for something max 10 minutes from the city, it would be better to choose another hotel.
