We were incredibly fortunate to be upgraded to a new room, and it was fantastic! Extremely roomy, spotless, and cozy. Please bring your own air conditioner, as they did not have one. We arrived early at 5 a. M., and were unable to check in early. However, they have a lovely, spacious lobby, and they even scrub the lounges at night to ensure that they are spotless. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the staff is extremely helpful and always smiling. It was unfortunate that we were unable to remain longer. We appreciate the excellent service provided by the entire team!.

Sekolahnya bagus, pelayanan bahkan sebelum check-in Kami tiba sebelum waktu check-in. Sekolah menyajikan teh panas. Mari kita mandi di kolam renang di lantai satu dan meninggalkan barang-barang kita. Staf berkomunikasi bahasa Inggris dengan baik, memberikan layanan yang baik, dan sangat membantu wisatawan. Panggil taksi untuk kami, Siap merekomendasikan tempat untuk dikunjungi Sarapan ok Oh dan akomodasi meningkatkan kami ke kamar dengan pemandangan monorel. Ada kesempatan untuk datang dan menginap lagi.

Saya telah ke Pistachio berkali-kali, stafnya ramah dan selalu ingin bertanya kepada pelanggan. Kamarnya bagus, tidak seperti komentar 1. Terbaru, mungkin hotel ini disalahartikan oleh pesaing. Infinity poolnya sangat indah, Anda dapat melihat lembah Muong Hoa dan menyaksikan panorama kereta Muong Hoa mendaki gunung. Yang penting, lokasinya nyaman, bisa berjalan kaki ke pusat.

We had a very pleasant stay at pistachio. The hotel is nicely decorated and has very comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a great variety of breakfasts and it is great that breakfast is available until 10 am. Also, the pool and gym are great to have and were clean. There is a 5% service charge for many things. Order coffee at breakfast? 5% and tax. Take something from the minibar? 5%. Room service? 5% and tax. In my opinion, when you pay for a luxury hotel, it should be expected that you use some of the services? Just quote the total price and dont add any additional items afterward. It just strikes me as too american. The pool closes from 11 am to 3 pm, but why? The gym closes at 7 pm, also quite early because you dont need supervision or staff there. The indoor pool is quite cold, especially with the outside temperature of 2 degC and the hotel is quite fresh, a few degrees more would be great. Speaking of which, when it is cold outside the inside of the room is also freezing. We had the heater on 29 deg all the time and still wore layers when sleeping.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The description and star rating met our expectations. The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us with requests. I forget the name of one of the staff members, but she accompanied us to the town squares new years day visitors welcome function. She was patient, helpful, and professional. Another front desk employee assisted us in finding a practical solution to our midtrip laundry needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return. Sapa is fantastic. We loved fansipan, the villages, and the restaurants.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the pistachio. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a warm welcome from the moment i arrived. The room was spacious and had a breathtaking view. The hotels location made it convenient to explore the city, and i highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the front desk staff to the bell boy, everyone wore a friendly smile and welcomed us with warmth and care. They guided us through the dos and donts and ensured we arrived at lao cai safely! Kamar-kamarnya bersih dan lokasinya juga bagus. Tidak terlalu jauh dari pusat kota dan tempatnya juga tenang. Mereka memiliki pemandangan trem yang indah dari balkon. Staf sangat ramah. Mereka juga memiliki fasilitas shower yang dapat digunakan sebelum jam 7 malam jika ingin mandi sebelum naik bus malam.

Many thai recommend this hotel because its in a good location, close to the restaurant, cafe, and sapa station. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was varied. The view was also beautiful, with a roof swimming pool.

The staff is friendly, the room is great with a view of the mountains and train, and the cleanliness is very good. We arrived at 6 am. The reception staff was very concerned about whether we were dressed warmly enough as we were about to walk outside at 11 am. The breakfast was also great, with western, japanese, vietnamese, and chinese food. The location is strategic.

My wife and i recently got married, and this was our first trip to sapa. The hotel graciously upgraded our room. The view of the valley from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The hotel is conveniently located. The hustle and bustle of town is only a short walk away. Sun Plaza attractions are only a short walk away. The breakfast spread is adequate, and the service staff are very friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for?.

Saya dan suami saya tidur suatu malam di hotel Sapa yang indah ini. Lokasinya sedikit di luar pusat kota Sapa, dengan pendakian kecil yang dapat dilakukan dengan berjalan kaki (5- 8 menit dari stasiun pusat). Bangunannya sepertinya tidak terlalu baru bagi saya, tetapi bersih dan luas, dengan kolam renang, ruang konferensi, dan spa (tentu saja lebih nyaman untuk pusat spa di Sapa). Layanan: staf yang ramah, beberapa berbicara bahasa Inggris. Juga ada shuttle untuk membawa tamu ke pusat kota. Kamar: sangat luas, dengan ukuran king. Pemandangan lembah yang menakjubkan (tentu tergantung pada tipe kamar yang dipilih karena beberapa akan menghadap ke alun-alun pintu masuk. Kehadiran minibar bawaan. Teras kecil dengan pemandangan. Sandal Kamar mandi buta dengan marmer yang menandakan usianya, tetapi sangat besar, dengan shower tub yang sebaiknya saya tutup lebih baik karena hanya memiliki panel kaca, sedangkan sisanya juga perlu ditutup agar kamar mandi tidak banjir. Aksesoris dan aksesoris sabun. Pengering rambut yang dijalin dengan tali. Sarapan sangat berlimpah, dengan berbagai hidangan gurih dan manis. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable stay. My recent stay at pistachio left me completely impressed with the excellent service and thoughtful gestures provided by the hotel staff. From the moment we entered through the back entrance, we were greeted by attentive staff who rushed over to assist us with our luggage, carrying it up a long flight of stairs, a gesture that set the tone for our entire stay. Throughout our time at the hotel, the service staff proved to be extremely helpful and friendly. Despite the poor weather, they recommended various activities and attractions. They even assisted us in contacting the local transportation service provider we had arranged, who unfortunately did not confirm our booking and was unreachable. They even offered to store our luggage overnight, knowing we would be heading for our hike! In addition to the excellent service, the hotel breakfast spread offers a variety of options. We also received a handicraft made by the local, a lovely gesture that added a personal touch to our stay and showcased the hotels commitment to supporting the local community. Overall, my experience at pistachio was memorable.
