📖 INSTRUCTION
🕑 Check-in time: After 2pm. If you check in after 8pm, please notify us in advance for guidance and support.
🕛 Check-out time: Before 12pm
✅ From 11:30 pm to 6:00 am daily, at the entrance to the apartment complex, there will be security checkpoints to control residents' access. Therefore, you need to have a Resident card to present when traveling during this time frame and if traveling by vehicle, you need to present a monthly parking ticket. If it is not an emergency, please do not go out of the apartment complex area during the above time frame.
✅ Before checking out, please leave the card in the apartment, turn off all electrical appliances and shut all doors. You will be charged 200,000VND if you lose the card.
⚠️ RULES FOR USE OF THE APARTMENT:
✅ Please provide photos of all of your ID cards before checking in. For foreigners, please provide photos of all of your valid Passports and Visas/Temporary Cards. If not, you are responsible for when the local police check.
✅ Please use the balcony for smoking.
✅ Clean the apartment if you have big meals, hotpot, grill... If not, fee may apply.
✅ Follow the rules of the apartment area and comply with the laws of Vietnam, take responsibility for your own behavior.
❌ Do not stay more than the specified number of people: Studio and 1 sleep for up to 2 adults, 2 for up to 4 adults, 3 for up to 6 adults. We reserve the right to refuse to let you check in and not refund if you overstay.
❌ Do not use and conceal banned substances in any form. No gambling at the apartment. If you violate, we will not refund the deposit.
❌ Do not bring apartment furniture out to use, do not pull things out of position such as sofa, dining table. In case of violation, we will charge a fee to reposition the furniture depending on the actual situation
❌ Do not use replacement blankets and towels in the spare cabinet, if you take it out, we will charge you: 200,000 for laundry.
❌ Do not make noise between 10pm and 8am the next day to avoid affecting other apartments.
