I wholeheartedly endorse this location because the host is incredibly kind, the place is secure and spotless, and the location is far enough away from the noise to be close enough to reach the city center quickly. Since the price is really reasonable, i believe it works for both shortterm and longterm stays.

I had a great time staying at this charming homestay. It is located on the island on opposite side of the river from the old town. This is in an ideal location because it is very close to the historic center. We strolled everywhere. However, it was tad quieter and less expensive. In fact, its quite affordable. The night market, where i enjoy going around, getting stocked with snacks from stalls and drinking, and watching the sun set over the water on top of my waterfront, is only merely walked. Our lovely hosts organized practically everything for us. When we needed bikes, they brought them to our house. They also organized transportation to and from airport. All at very reasonable prices. I never felt left out, especially since the owners are so friendly.

Everything is excellent a super clean, delicious breakfast, free bike rental, quiet location but only smack dab in the hustle and bustle. The host is also friendly, helpful, and very kind. Wellequipped and wellorganized room bedside tables, plugs on both sides of the bed, air conditioning that doesnt blow directly at you, comfortable bedding, etc. Bathroom is really nice too - nice bidet, great shower pressure, among other things.

The location is good, the rooms are clean and nice. The homestay is owned by a family. It is located on secluded street. I spent ten days there and felt very welcomed. Thank you.

A fantastic guest house in a great location. A truly wonderful location, with friendly staff and complimentary breakfast. The old town, where everything happens, is only 3.5 minutes away by foot. An absolute bargain at 22 usd.

I will stay here again, its a great value! Excellent place to stay, spotless and welcoming, close to old hoi an city and night markets, and has the nicest showers ive ever experienced in vietnam! The air conditioning worked perfectly! Breakfast was included in my deal.

A really good place on a map of hoian. Near the city center. Very nice rooms and helpful staff. We ordered cooking classes and taxis to the airport. Also took bicykles. An additional sixth star should be for breakfast - so delicious.

We highly recommend it to everyone! We had a wonderful stay at qua cam tim and would highly suggest it. Its primarily run by families, and the family is extremely kind. The old town is only ten minutes walk away from this fantastic location. Breakfast is included and is delicious and freshly prepared for you. Our room was spacious and immaculate, the cleanest hotel weve ever stayed in vietnam. Although the bed is quite firm, we love firm beds and had excellent sleep.

In October, we spent one night in a double room that was immaculate, with white linens and firmly foam mattresses. The family and staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating, and they offer complimentary bikes. They assisted us in setting up etiquette for obtaining ps1 from the driver who drove us from da Nang to the linh ung temple, the marble mountains, hoi An, then back to our airport the following day at incredibly reasonable prices. I am not used to taking showers with no screens, which leave the entire bathroom wet after each shower.

This year, we spent a few nights here. The rooms are immaculate, roomy, and quite cozy. Additionally, the proprietors are amiable and eager to assist. Furthermore, it is conveniently close to the historic center of hoi an.

The host is a kind and helpful person who helped us around the location and also shared spare tickets to visit local attractions with us. Location - 10/10 for the place. Accessible to all the nearby attractions. The rooms are spacious with balconies. Decor was good. Negatives 0 nothing at all.
