Big locker, fast wifi throughout the building, ample washrooms. I'd like to compliment the cleanliness of this place. The cleaners clean the washrooms twice a day. Privacy curtains are replaced too! 6 choices of breakfast + excellent coffee. Elevator. The hostel has a dedicated parking area for bikes & bicycle. Best of all, the aircond is centralise, lights are on timer. So there's no argument about temperature or whether the lights should be on or off.

ベッドのライトとコンセントの一つが壊れていたが、それ以外は快適だし、朝食も選べてしおいしかった。今回は行けなかったが、夕方の一時間お酒を無料で飲めるそうなので、次回はぜひ利用したい。

It was really easy to meet other travelers, and the breakfast was really nice - made to order. The beds were clean and the rooms were cool and nice. The hostel is at a great location, just a walk from all the partying but on a quiet street. The only thing for me was that their tours were kinda pricy compared to other places. But very good overall. I was staying at another place for my last day but ended up cancelling that and stayed an extra night at signature inn!

I have been traveling solo throughout Vietnam and had an amazing experience at this hostel. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made the athmosphere of the property. Tons of international travelers were staying there and the hostel provided many amenities such as free beer for happy hour and a great breakfast menu! They also offer a complementary walking tour through the city where the locals show us their favorite spots in the city. Honestly this was one of my favorite parts of the trip! 100% recommend to backpackers and adventurous travelers.

I stayed at The Signature Inn for 2 days (26-28 Dec, 2017). The hostel was opened just a week before I checked in. Hostel was extremely clean and the staff was really friendly. I also had a chat with the hostel owner, who made sure that I am comfortable. The breakfast provided was really good, much better than what you would get at hotels. It is located in the old quarter within walking distance from most of the tourist places and nice eateries. I would strongly recommend staying at this place.

前もってバンガロータイプの部屋を予約したのに当日行ったら空いてないとのことで、部屋に専用のトイレ、シャワー付きのダブルベットの部屋にランクアップするからと言われ案内されました。最初、バンガローの部屋でないならこのホテルを選んだ意味がないと思っていましたが、スタッフはフレンドリーで無料の朝ごはんもとっても美味しかったので結果満足です！部屋のファンは壊れているから、と言われましたがラオスの気候的につけなくても問題はなかったです。ただ部屋がちょっと湿気があるのと、トイレの匂いが気になりました。シャワーの水圧は問題ないですが20分くらい連続で浴びていると温かくなくなります。

スタッフが英語に対応していてチェックイン・アウトがしやすかった。トイレ、バスも綺麗だしドライヤーもあったので快適だった。チェックイン時ルームキーと引き換えにパスポートを預けなければならないのが唯一不安だった。

立地、サービス、設備ともに最高ランクでした。一点、洗濯物干し場があればパーフェクトだと思います。ホーチミン廟や一柱寺、タンロン遺跡なども徒歩圏内にあり、とても便利です。ホステルの周辺には、飲食店や雑貨店、旅行代理店などが数えきれない程あります。

This place is perfect if you are ~20ish and look for a party hostel. However, horrible experience if you need to catch some sleep before an early Ha Long bay tour. Female dorm is located directly under pool table on 6th floor so people were jumping and screaming just above my bunk bed (Monday night). I usually don’t mind a little bit of noice and always keep my ear plugs close by (it is a hostel after all) but this is the worst I experienced during my 2 months in SE Asia. I had a tour pick up at 7.00am so at 00.30am I asked reception if they could tell people to at least stop jumping and screaming. Receptionist said he knew about the problem already and would tell them. I went back to bed and nothing happend, besides that they now started to play really loud music. At 1.15am I went down to reception again and had to ask if they at least could lower the music. Music stoped at ~1.30am giving me about 4 hours of sleep before the tour. Perhaps this place is perfect if you look for a party hostel. But don’t stay here if you look for a night’s rest, then there are better places for the same price in Hanoi. + Place feels new, comfortable bed sheets (doesn’t matter if you can’t fall asleep though), breakfast nicely presented, offer a free walking tour, the guys working during day time are nice and always smiling.

여지껏 이용해본 모든 숙소들 중 최악. 1.하우스키퍼 아주머니께선 세탁할거 모아놓은 봉지 버림. 물어보니 본인은 모른다길래 내가 쓰레기봉지 뒤져서 내 양말이랑 속옷 들어있는 봉지 찾고 옷 어딨냐니까 또 모른다함 5분정도 화내니 맨 위층에 데려가더니 원피스 줌 방에 와서 다시 확인하는데 반팔티가 없어서 다시 물어보니 본인은 진짜 모른다 이제 없다 그러더니 내가 리셉션 같이 내려가자 하니까 그제서야 아아아아!! 그러면서 다시 위로 올라가서 돌려줌ㅡㅡ 2. 이불에 껌붙어있었음. 자고 일어나니 바지에 붙어있고... 뭐지했는데 이불ㅋㅋ 내 바지에 옮겨 붙었다는건 얼마 안된 껌이란 건데.. 이불 빨래 따위 안함. 3.침대가 엄청 삐그덕 삐그덕 끽끽 됨... 위치는 돌아다니기 좋은 위치고 직원들의 서비스는 별로이나 영어는 잘하고 물질적 제공되는 서비스가 괜찮다.
