I’ve been blessed to stay at quite a few luxury hotels around the world over the last 5 years. This by far sets the standard!!! It’s a 5 star hotel all around pushing to 6 if that was a real thing :) The only thing I can pick apart if I have to be critical, is that the beach isn’t to the standard you would expect, but this is out of the hotel’s control. Hands down the best amenities, best service and best food I’ve ever experienced.

Breakfast is fantastic. Huge spread!!! Fruits are very fresh lots of fresh coconut drink. Coffee station has Vietnamese coconut coffee and iced coffee as well as the usually lattes etc. pho station and western station. Nam our server knew our names instantly and called us by our names during our whole stay. I'm sure he did that with everyone. Nice personal touch and service was excellent from him. Highly recommend the hotel. Top to bottom

Hotel i top klasse. Værelset er meget komfortabelt med minibar inkluderet. Altid rent og god service med opfyldning. Morgenmaden er super klasse med hjemmebagt brød og gode menuer. Servicen i morgenmaden er også helt i top. Restauranterne har noget for alle, særligt OKU er meget lækker med gode sammensætninger af mad og vin. Den private strand er med lækker hvidt sand og god afstand mellem gæsterne. Servicen her er også helt i top. Pool områderne er lækre og meget velpasset. Hotellet har også et rigtig godt Gym med mange maskiner og udstyr. Kort sagt er her alt hvad man behøver til et luksuøst og afslappende ophold. Vi vil helt klart anbefale denne fantastiske oase på Phu Quoc.

We stayed at Regent to celebrate our 05th wedding anniversary and the experience exceed our expectations. Check-in was smooth and very arranging on so many levels. One of the pools was under renovation so they offered us an upgrade to get a private pool. They also offered drinks at the pool bar, early checking and late check out. They also surprised us with a excellent cake in our room. The staff went extra miles to accommodate us on every single request. The hotel is just 20mins away from the airport and the beach is beautiful. The hotel opens few years back but looks brand new. That's the perfect definition of quite Luxury. Breakfast, beach restaurant and Rice Market restaurant were fantastic. You can enjoy activities every day such as yoga, relaxation, creative workshops and will never get bored. We also used the bikes couple of times to explore around the resort. Their restaurants are Halal for 90% of the options so it was game changer for our stay to enjoy Vietnamese delicatessen. Thanks again to all the staff for this memorable experience.
