I really love this place, they have a great garden view. It’s really nice specially at the night. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hanoi

Harganya masuk akal, kamar dan lingkungan hotelnya cukup nyaman, dan pelayanan stafnya sangat baik. Sarapannya agak monoton, hidangannya kurang variatif, tapi rasanya biasa saja. Mungkin karena staf kebersihan kurang memadai, jadi pembersihan kamar menjadi lambat dan baru selesai setelah jam 15.30. Lokasinya kurang strategis, minimarket juga jauh. Gaya interior retro kafe MOJO yang terhubung dengan lobi lantai pertama menarik banyak orang untuk mampir dan mengambil foto di sini.

I recently stayed at the rey hotel and had a great experience. Its conveniently located in the old town, making it easy to explore the city while still being in a peaceful area. What i loved most was that the hotel wasnt too busy or noisy, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness and maintenance were good, my room was clean, and the facilities were well maintained. If youre looking for a quiet, clean, and convenient hotel, look no further!.

Ini adalah hotel terbaik yang pernah saya kunjungi di Hanoi. Harganya sangat modern dan bersih. Stafnya luar biasa, terutama Ngoc dari resepsionis, dia sangat membantu dan profesional, saya sangat terkesan. Saya hanya di hotel untuk satu malam tapi saya berharap bisa tinggal lebih lama. I stayed at rey and had a great time. The first room was in the back, and the building next door was undergoing some kind of construction, which made the room noisy. The rey staff immediately changed the room, which was quiet and equally beautiful! Had a mishap booking a tour, and the staff fell short of 5 star service. They apologized and left a treat in the room. Extended the stay and booked a suite, which was also just as lovely! The restaurant food is very good and fresh, and i couldnt stop eating their rice! The cafe had the best croissants like paris level! Tasted amazing! Absolutely beautiful and amazing experience, and i would highly recommend it. Cant wait to return!.

Saya menginap di REY Hotel Hanoi selama 2 malam di bulan Mei 2025 dan saya benar-benar menikmati masa tinggal saya. Kamarnya sangat bagus dan terawat dengan sangat baik. Saya disambut dengan minuman selamat datang komplementer yang lezat saat kedatangan saya. Saya sudah termasuk sarapan selama saya menginap dan menurut saya sarapan yang ditawarkan sangat lezat, pilihan gaya prasmanan yang luas dan ditawarkan di ruang makan yang sangat bagus dan mewah. Staf sangat ramah dan sangat baik. Saya mendekati Ngoc, koordinator reservasi di meja depan dan dia sangat membantu selama saya tinggal. Dia memberi saya daftar lengkap tempat lokal favoritnya untuk berbagai jenis kopi, berbagai jenis masakan Vietnam, dan atraksi lokal. Bahkan setelah saya tinggal, ketika saya bepergian ke kota-kota lain di seluruh Vietnam, dia membantu saya dengan memberikan rekomendasi di kota-kota lain. Saya benar-benar tidak bisa berterima kasih kepada dia dan stafnya. Saya juga menyukai lokasi hotel ini karena terletak di kawasan tua Hanoi dan sangat mudah untuk berjalan kaki ke tempat-tempat wisata lain di kota yang ingin saya kunjungi.

Menginap di sini selama 5 hari dalam perjalanan saya ke Hanoi. Saya pindah dari hotel lain dan wow, pengalamannya sangat berbeda. Saya telah tinggal dan bepergian di Asia selama hampir satu abad dan sejauh ini ini adalah hotel terbaik yang pernah saya kunjungi. Layanan dan kualitas kamar luar biasa. Wi-Fi bagus yang cukup langka di hotel lain di Hanoi. Lokasi sangat bagus jika Anda menikmati makanan dan pengalaman lokal. Saya tidak bisa membayangkan tinggal di tempat lain di Hanoi, jika ada 10 bintang, tempat ini pasti memilikinya. Saya tidak sabar untuk kembali!

The water tank makes a lot of noise. The staff here are all friendly, and the service is excellent. The rooms are generally clean and tidy, and the facilities feel very new. However, i did experience a significant noise issue. In my room, the water tank runs very loudly and clearly whenever the neighboring room uses the shower. It sounds like banging noises coming through the wall, which can be quite disruptive, especially at night when you get ready to sleep.

Rey hotel is an impressive place to stay, surrounded by lush greenery and nature, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The decor is beautiful and warm. The front desk staff are friendly, provide excellent service, and speak fluent english. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the bed is so soft and comfortable that you might not want to get out of bed. Breakfast is delicious, with a variety of local and international options. The hotel has its own parking area, making loading luggage stressfree. The location is excellent, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. The area is quite peaceful, making it the perfect place for a truly relaxing stay.

Overall, if the culinary offerings are fixed, this will be the ideal place to stay in hanoi. This is my second time staying here, and it wont be my last. Choosing it mostly because the rooms are comfortable, and the colors are vibrant, ensuring a restful nights sleep. The inroom amenities are exceptional, with my particular obsession with their shampoo. Although the location isnt ideal for business travelers, i can see why leisure travelers might enjoy staying here because it is not far from the old town yet incredibly serene. Breakfast options are decent, but the selection is rather monotonous. I stayed for four nights and was quite tired of the breakfast there, perhaps including some more western options. For those who wish to bring their coffee to go, a paper cup should be provided. The staff will remember me for this. I frequently eat lunch at the mojo cafe on the first floor because i had brief lunch breaks between my client meetings, and the price does not quite match the portion, especially with the croissant brunch i had.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was close to the road, but it was remarkably quiet, allowing me to sleep soundly. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and i was impressed by how well maintained everything was. The food was decent, but i believe there is room for improvement in terms of variety and flavor. However, what really stood out to me was the staff. They were not only friendly and accommodating, but they spoke english fluently, which made communication smooth and hasslefree. The location is also a big plus because it is conveniently located near the old town, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and i would consider staying here again.

I will recommend this hotel to my friends and will definitely be back. Good place to stay. Near hanoi train station but a bit far from the old quarter night markets. But the place is quieter and more decent compared to hotels near popular coffee shops, pubs and shops.
