It was a very pleasant stay at this Hotel. Nice looking room just as the pictures. If you look very close to things you can see imperfections and that is was little torn. It was very clean and the location was great. Easy to go to the ocean and also in to the city centre but everything you need is within reach. The AC was AMAZING. Probably the best I have ever used. Turned the room into a refrigerator in just a few minutes. The staff was friendly but sometimes struggling with English, with google translate everything worked out smoothly. Definitely recommend! If I would go back to Phu Quoc I will stay here.

Hotel is new, and the staff are really really friendly and helpful! Room is large, furniture are new and both room and bathroom are well equipped. Hotel's restaurant is good, though a bit pricey. Location is also good, but they're building a lot and the dust and noise come also up to the room if windows are opened.

The rooms were spotless and clean every day. The breakfast was delicious. The staff helped us print our flight ticket and even gave us a room to take a shower even though we had already checked out. This is simply amazing and unique.

Hello everyone. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The place is brandnew and clean and modern. Wi-Fi is fast, services are good, the beach is nearby, and bars are nearby. Right next to a class bar named the rabbit hole. Budget rates. Ive been Vietnam three times and you get what you pay for. However, the sailing hotel is a great value for money. From Paul Walker.

I will highly recommend this hotel to you guys. The hotel is in a new build and very clean and modern, with fast Wi-Fi, good service and also close to the beach, bars, and a class bar called the rabbit hole. The price is reasonable. I have been to Vietnam 3 times and I get what I paid for. But, this is a very good value for money. The sailing hotel. From Paul Walker.

You gave us the best experience and service. Every day perfectly cleaned the room, good breakfast, helped us print our flight ticket and even offered us a room to shower in even though we already checked out. This is just amazing and unique.

I stayed here for 15 nights while exploring P.Q. This is a very good clean new hotel. It costs less and it is just a short walk to the beach.

This hotel is recommended if you want to have good value. The location is close to the beach and takes a few minutes to walk. The hotel's cleanliness is also good.

가격에 비해 굉장히 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 직원서비스도 맘에 들었구요..ㅋㅋ 지은지 얼마안되서 그런지 약간 새집냄새는 났지만ㅋㅋㅋ나쁘진않았어요 근처에 Embassy와 coop마트도 있어서 편했어요

The room was not clean when we checked in. We commented on it and they said the guy was going to take care of it while we were out. Once we returned he said he was done, but when checking the room it was the same condition..??? Seemed like nothing had been done. Maybe clean is subjective, but I don't appreciate when the floor has lots of hair and the bathroom not clean, and surfaces not wiped. :-<

Nice 2 star hotel with friendly staff. The windows are not soundproof so bring some earplugs to counter the night club across the street. The location is fantastic. Five minutes to the beach and five minutes to the night market. The Wi-Fi is slow and spotty but it works. The breakfast is made to order. The staff doesn’t speak much English but there are plenty of tour operators within walking distance to help you.

Hotel was built last year and looks new and nice. Firm bedding, good if you like that as I do. Spotty wifi and very hard floors subtracted from an otherwise decent experience. The biggest issue is that insects always seemed to be able to sneak into the room every night

We saw three rats in the lobby that went to the kitchen and told the staff, they didn't care. We had some ants in the room. There wasn't a trashcan in the room and the cleaning lady didn't take out the trash. Wifi was terrible. Staff didn't speak English and they tried to charge us from the minibar and we hadn't taken anything from it. So i wouldn't recommend this place.
