I don't usually review hotels, but Sapa Village Hotel was exceptional and I thought it deserved a review. It's not in the most crowed area of hotels and shops, but we liked that. It was easy to walk to the lake, which is very beautiful and only 5-10 minutes from Sapa station, where you can get the cable car to Fansipan. We even walked to Cat Cat village from our hotel. The property also felt special with the terrace patios, with beautiful plants everywhere, and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Really worth the price, very lovely staffs as well. The only downside was there's no lift or elevator so prepare your legs hahah. But great great great room, lovely views, stable hot water, and good breakfast!

The hotel is very clean, receptionist help us a lot. Some not fluent in English, but they very very helpful and give much effort to understand us. The view amazing, water heater works perfectly.

The location is very centre. The staffs is friendly and kind. The food is nice and a lot of choices. The room is clean and comfortable. I would like to recommend to all tourists and I will come back next time. Thanks for nice staying

This place is the ideal place to stay if you want to explore this place. They help us in every way possible. Thao and Thao, two employees, were incredibly helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night, and the service was excellent. They assisted us with everything. You can call customer service firstrate. They assisted with anything at all. The spa village hotel is the location to stay if you are looking for a nice place to stay, near the spa center, and want to do some work there. Thao has an incredible off the beaten path. We took a motorbike ride to the spa, but we didn't see any tourists there.

The manager, the manager, and his wife were very pleasant and helpful. The cuisine was delicious, and the view was breathtaking. The rooms were clean and well-furnished. I was surprised to learn that I was the only guest at the hotel, but due to a closed bus, several locations in the town were closed and services were limited. It was a very relaxing stay, and the hotpot dinner with the owner, manager, and their friends was a fantastic experience. I strongly recommend this property for your spa stay.

There was a big event in the spa that forced us to get off our original Sapahanoi shuttle in order to locate our lost passports. Thao and the rest of the staff at the Spa Village Hotel were very helpful in getting our passports back. They stored our luggage while we went to search for our passports, booked us for a new shuttle to Hani, and gave us a place to wait for 5 hours until our new shuttle. All of this out of the goodness of their hearts! We didn't even stay at the hotel. If you're looking for a hotel to stay in the heart of spa, look no further! This place is fantastic, with fantastic design and views to boot.

My wife and I stayed here. We enjoyed the following location, which was close enough to the town center but close enough to be far enough away from the noise. To reach there, we typically walk for 7 minutes or rent a scooter. Spa is a small community where you can walk to the cat village or any other village from any location you stay in town. It was great because we care about peace and quiet at night. The room was spotless and had a wonderful view of the city below. The service staff was very friendly and attentive. Every morning, we ate coffee and pho.

In the spa village, I had a wonderful experience. The personnel was excellent. Asked us to rent a tour bus, bike, or other motorbike at no additional fee or mark up. Much appreciated to Tho and Dun! excellent, fair service. The room was tidy, and the furniture was in good shape. The room had a lovely hot shower and a cozy bed. From the floor-ceiling windows, there is a stunning unobstructed view of the mountains. Large balcony. The location is on a peaceful side of the lake. Although the brunch spread needs some improvement, it was still excellent. If you're heading to the spa, stay here.

The hotel was very nice and our rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the beds were very hard. It felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring without a mattress.

Ms. Theo at the reception helped us in a lot of ways flexibly. The location is nice, a little apart from the crowded part of the city. The only unlucky thing for us was the neighbors of the same floor partied at the shared balcony till late. We had to wake up early next morning.
