I likw the Hospitality here, she bring me to the room, i like the massage at 2nd floor so cheap, souvenir at the lobby more cheaper than outside really cheap, receptionist recommend to buy fansipan ticket from them and really helpfull and no taking profit from us. Good breakfast, good view, near everywhere, near vietrekking cafe, sun plaza, church, you guys can do walk around 8-15 minutes walk around and see so many restaurant and souvenir shops. Will be back for sure.

The room is well equipped and made for an enjoyable stay. The location and views are amazing. Having been to SaPa many times, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. This hotel is a short walk to the station for the train to Fansipan, also SaPa lake and the church. The hotel is on the road to Cat Cat village, which for me is totally walkable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!

Hotel was as described in the listing. Even though it was so cold during our week of stay, the staff (esp the lady receptionist) was all smile and friendly. It was a hassle free trip as we the hotel was able to suggest and plan itineraries for us. The view from the room was awesome too! The location is fantastic, short walking distance to shopping

Amazing mountainside views at this hotel. Comfortable beds and good showers with plenty of hot water. Had an excellent stay here. The hotel staff were great.The only minus for me was the breakfast.

1 hal yang saya harus akui di hotel ini adalah staffnya yang sangat ramah dan jujur. Saya sempat ketinggalan tas kecil isi semua paspor keluarga dan uang perjalanan di restoran di lobby. Saya baru sadar keesokan harinya dan sangat panik. Saya coba turun ke bawah dan tanya ke resepsionis, ternyata ada tas saya dan tidak ada 1 pun barang yang hilang! Saya sangat salut dan jadi pengalaman yang berkesan untuk saya. Katanya viewnya bagus, hanya saja ketika saya stay disini full kabut jadi tidak bisa lihat apa-apa dari kamar.

We stayed at the Sapa VISTA hotel and had the mountain view room and words cannot describe the view we had. So much so that other people were comming to the lobby of the hotel to take pictures. We definitely suggest staying here, centrally located, although a bit of walking uphill is required to get to the city center.

The counter staff on check in day was superb. However, when we were checking out and asked for help with directions and taxi booking to the bus station, another staff was dismal and could not be bothered to be of any assistance.

ห้อง sweet junior mountain view กว้างและได้วิวที่สวยงามตามภาพที่ลงไว้ แต่รอบๆโรงแรมกำลังก่อสร้าง รวมถึงถนนที่ผ่านหน้าโรงแรมก็เป็นถนนหลักที่รถวิ่งไปมาเยอะ ทำให้ได้ยินเสียงดังตลอดเวลาถ้าเปิดประตูระเบียงห้องไว้ ทำลายบรรยากาศมาก วันกลับเราแจ้งโรงแรมให้จองแท็กซี่เพื่อพาเราไปส่งขึ้นรถที่ SAPA express bus station แต่พอถึงเวลาทางโรงแรมแจ้งว่าหาแท็กซี่ให้ไม่ได้เนื่องจากเป็นวันอาทิตย์คนใช้บริการเยอะ เราและเพื่อนต้องแบก luggage ขึ้งมอเตอร์ไซด์คนละคันเพื่อไปให้ทันรถ รู้สึกไม่ประทับใจบริการด้านนี้เลย
