1- No smoking: The designated place for smoking is the house balcony; The fine for smoking in the wrong place is USD 50.
2- Extra Occupants: Please ensure the only guests staying in the property are those the property was booked; The fee for additional guests is USD 20/person/night.
3- Excessive Noise: Please respect our neighbor's and ensure noise levels are kept the a minimum, particularly in the evening hours (from 21:00 to 7:00 am).
4- Parties Or Gatherings: This property is not available for parties or social gatherings. Do not use prohibited stimulants: drugs, explosives, etc. (you must take full responsibility for any problems that occur). Please clean up after yourself after cooking; Additional cleaning fees if guests do not clean up after themselves after cooking or littering form USD 10 to USD 30.
5- No Pets.
6- Respect The Furnishing: Whats ours is yours for the duration of your stay and help us maintain our home to a high standard for your next stay with us. Do not move furniture in the room during your stay.
7- Towels: Standard towels are 2 towels/person. Additional towels are available for a laundry fee. Do not use towels to clean floors or stains. Do not bring white towels to the beach; The fine is 50 USD.
8- Garbage: Do not leave smelly garbage in the house.
9- Join hands to protect the Earth: Join us in saving water and energy by turning off electrical appliances when leaving the house; The penalty fee for opening the door/window when using the air conditioner is USD 50.
10- Cleaning service: We provide house cleaning service during vacation for USD 10 /time (free 1 time/week for long-term guests).
