A fantastic hotel to stay at in Hoi An.Wonderful staff in Vivian, Sally, Catherine, Minh, Hau and more who are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating.Rooms are great with very comfortable beds, great shower and bathrooms, TV, fridge, compliments etc. Swimming pool is large and very clean.Very easy access to the heart of Hoi An town and Ancient district.The free bike use is marvellous and it is a 5 minute flat, relaxing ride into the heart.Very safe ride during the day or night.Breakfast is very good with many fresh options from the buffet.Serene is a perfect place to stay and I could have happily stayed longer.Will definitely return to Serene Hotel & Spa in the future.

Eines der schönsten Hotels in den ich je war. Alles war perfekt und wir haben unseren 4-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb aber man ist in kurzer zeit in der Altstadt. Der service war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Ich würde das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

A new boutique hotel located on the outskirts of hoi an, surrounded by picturesque views of rice paddies. Breakfast was simple but delicious and well served.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in and at such a reasonable price. The rooms are lush, new, clean, and very comfortable beds. And you get robes and slippers! Who doesnt love that. Breakfast is also great, something for everyone. But more importantly, the staff provide out of this world service. They are all so lovely! Cant recommend this place enough! Thank you Rose and staff for making my and Kates trip to hoi Ann so amazing X.

The location is surrounded by rice fields with buffaloes and locals working peacefully. The hotel staff were very accommodating from the moment we arrived they took our luggage to our rooms and gave us a tour of the premises full luxury experience. Beautifully decorated spacious room with vanity and bathtub, we enjoyed the local touch of bedside lanterns.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but you can just use the free bikes and get there in 10 minutes! Its surprisingly new, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is delicious, the receptionist is very friendly and helps you with everything you need!.

We would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. Weve been traveling for two years and will return to this hotel with great affection. Due to our other lodging falling through, we stayed at this motel for a long time. And wow! What s tastier! The rooms and common areas were immaculate and really cozy. The wifi was flawless. It even reached us on the lovely morning walks through rice paddies. Although its out of town, its not an issue. They have bikes at the hotel, and we used grab without any issues. I loved the location, away from the business. Staff was the biggest asset. Every day we were greeted with warmth and kindness. Their work was outstanding! A special thanks to catheryn, who was so efficient, thoughtful, extremely competent. All the staff was fantastic! We wouldnt hesitate in staying here once more, but we would heartily suggest it all to others.

What a wonderful stay! This is s tastiest hotel with incredibly hardworking employees. The front desk staff, particularly rosie, catherine, and lily, were amazingly helpful and kind. They even remembered my name, so we had pleasant conversations as i arrived and sent. Breakfast was very attentive and made sure there was plenty of food. Cleaning staff did an excellent job every day! and always had grins and hellos. Everyone at the front door always said hello and helped move motorbikes or bicycles to make it easy for us to come and go. Room was spacious, the balcony was enchanting, pool space was large enough for multiple guests. It was great to be outside of town to enjoy and return to the tranquility of the hotel (well named! For upcoming hotels, things are off to preparing well.

My boyfriend and i stayed here for 2 nights and can say this hotel always makes you feel like a vip guest! First of all, the hospitality is top notch, staff are friendly and provide everything he or she could want. The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Big shower, lots of natural light and surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. Breakfast is also very good. There are options for sweet and spicy food, many drinks and you can order eggs your way. Highly recommended!.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the showers are hot with good water pressure. All facilities are immaculate because this is a brandnew hotel that is only two months old. Fantastic personnel who will look after you. Many thanks to mr. Minh, chris, catherine, or rolsie!.
