My flight didn’t arrive until late so I messaged the property to let them know and they promptly responded letting me know everything was set. Whenever I arrived I was checked in within mere minutes and up to my room. After 30 hours traveling time I cannot say enough how much I appreciated the entire staff from the first moment until the last morning I was there! Oh, and the breakfast… if you don’t take advantage of it you are truly missing out on a treat.

We stayed at the hotel for seven nights as a family of five, split between two rooms. Our experience was fantastic from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The staff were consistently attentive and service‑minded—everyone from the porters and housekeeping to the pool bar bartender and the reception team. The level of service was exceptional, and we truly felt valued throughout our stay. We did not have breakfast included, but it was available for purchase if we wanted it. We had planned to try it at least once, but unfortunately never got around to it. The gym appeared well maintained and adequately equipped with the essentials needed for a solid workout. If I were to point out one minor detail, it would be that the dumbbells were a bit too light, with the heaviest being 20 kg. This is a small detail, though, and quite common in many hotels I’ve visited. Overall, an excellent stay that exceeded our expectations.

The staff here is absolutely amazing, from arrival to departure. Clean room, free breakfast, minibar, and foot massage were included in our package. The nice personal note in our room by the staff upon entering was just the treat to kick my birthday weekend off. I recommend the Silverland and would stay here each and every time I am in Ho Chi Minh.

This was unequivocally the best hotel stay I’ve heard had ever! I was here for 6 nights in March 2026. The staff are all amazing. They recognized me and referred to me by name. Super accommodating (I ran out of time on my last day and just needed a few more minutes before check out, a quick WhatsApp message solved that problem with a “sure no problem” from staff. Manager Sophie and all the countless staff seemed genuinely happy to interact with me, I booked 4 massages while here. Not every massage was perfect but that’s due to me not picking the right one for me. But that’s no judgement on the masseuse. The restaurant breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooftop bar/pool was cozy and comfortable. Staff booked many reservations for me as well (restaurant, barbershop), so nice! I feel awful that I’m not naming more staff by name. They were all professional and warm. If this is the standard for all Silverland branded properties I will be loyal to them as I return to Vietnam one day. Thank you!

We love our stays at Sakyo. They greeted us with welcome drink and afternoon tea while waiting for our check in. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Room is clean and spacious. Walking distance to many places and there are many things to explore around the area. Highly recommended.

Hands down the best hotel I stayed in Vietnam !!!! Beautiful rooms , hotel itself in stunning but the STAFF is nothing short of the best service I ever received ! Immaculately clean, great breakfast and perfect location. You will not be disappointed staying in this hotel , truly a gem .
