Hotellet var virkelig lækkert og personalet yderst serviceminded! De gjorde alt for at sikre sig at vi havde et godt ophold og kom godt derfra. De hjalp os med at kommunikere med guide og arrangerer en dagstur af god kvalitet, samt en ændring af transporten, da vi ikke skulle tilbage til hotellet, men istedet overnatte i en anden by. Værelset havde alt hvad der skulle være endda et strygejern/bræt. Der var fri minibar med et lille udvalg af sodavand og vand. På badeværelset var der både shampoo, BALSAM, Body lotion og hårtørrer:) Afteenoon the var et hyggeligt lille input i løbet af dagen og lørdag var der levende musik :) Alt i alt et lækkert og dejligt ophold - en god start på vores rejse i Vietnam :)

The strong point for this hotel is the staff and their service. The location was perfect, close to everything! Food was very good. The hotel needs to install a proper shower door. Entire bathroom floor becomes wet evertime you shower coz their is no proper shower door. Everything else was amazing! I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel, every thing clean, very good rooms, good beds, climate control in rooms also very good. Other benefits: free minibar, breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee. We really enjoyed the staff’s very nice and polite service, here I am thinking to Minnie, Sali, Finn & Ellie. At all our breakfast and afternoon teas, they were very helpful and friendly. I also like to mention the rooftop bar and pool area, very very nice area as well. The front desk with Soli has been very helpful with very good recommendations of what to see, rooftop bars or restaurents. So through our 3,5 week tour in Vietnam from North to south Ho Chi Min/Seigon, the the Silverland yen hotel has been the best.

Staff here are fantastic! Close to Ben Thanh market and the shopping strip. Lots of good restaurants and roof top bars within walking distance. Rooftop bar and pool was great. Lovely view. Would stay again!

The hotel is located at the end of a quiet street, and Ben Thanh market is five minutes walk. Many shops and restaurants are nearby on the main streets. The hotel staffs are wonderful, friendly and willing to help. The room is clean, except for the bathtub that drips water along the edge of the tub to the floor everytime we shower. The half shower door doesn't really served its purpose. We were told all the bathrooms are like that, so extra towels to line the edge and the floor is required. The pool is smaller than expected and can be crowded at time. Overall, it is a great place to stay in the heart of HCM city.

Excellent, helpful, and friendly staff, excellent breakfast with many options especially Asian options. The only thing is the condition of the hotel is less than perfect, It was hard to climb into the tube to take shower and the water is all over the place even after pulling the curtain down. The hotel is also under renovation
