私たちにとってはベストなホテルでした。あらゆる観光地が近くにあり、ハノイの街の散策にぴったりな立地です。暑い時間はホテルに一度戻ってリフレッシュ、日が傾いたら再出発…と柔軟に1日の予定を組めます。清潔で快適。設備も十分。エアコンはしっかり効くし、シャワーはお湯も出ます。スタッフはみなさん対応が良く、笑顔がすてきです。朝食は狭いながらもどれも美味しかったです。ベトナムのきゅうりの美味しさに驚きました…！目の前が食堂街なので、ホテルから出てすぐに一通りのローカルフードを楽しめるのも嬉しかったです。コインランドリーもすぐ近く。その割に夜もうるさくなく、ぐっすり眠れました。注意点は、滞在中、エレベーターが壊れて一晩使えませんでした。私たちは4階だったので大丈夫でしたが、もし最上階だったら大変…。あと、シャワーがフックから落ちやすく、外して使っていました。そういう小さな不具合も旅の楽しい思い出として楽しめる人なら問題ないです。それ以上に、衛生的で安全ながらもベトナムらしいローカル感を味わえる、最高の宿でした。

Do yourself a favor and put this place on your list if you are looking for a great place to stay in Hanoi. The city can be a bit overwhelming -- and other travelers had told me that the Old Quarter can be noisy at night. Sky Charm is ideally located -- close enough to walk but far enough away as to be quiet and comfortable. In addition, the property sits on a "side street" where 3 short avenues come together -- mostly foot traffic (with an occasional shooter.) This block has many venues (street food, sit-down restaurants, bars, salons, etc.) just steps away from the hotel and in relaxed environments. It was fun to just stroll outside to get a quick bite to eat or a drink -- people watching is always fun! The breakfast buffet was well-prepared, extensive, and delicious. Rooms are comfortable and functional -- the showers in particular were top-notch. But the real stars of this property are the staff, all of whom were friendly and efficient in their tasks. The folks at the front desk were OUTSTANDING -- super-patient with my lack of Vietnamese, helpful in their suggestions, and informative regarding nearby tours/excursions. I felt like a guest who was welcomed, not just a customer -- their collective attention and demeanor truly made for a great stay and one that I will remember for years to come. I can't wait to come back again!

Excellent location with loads of good restaurants and coffee shops on a quiet (for Hanoi) road at the edge of the old quarter. Friendly staff and good pho at breakfast. Comfy bed and good air con.

Excellent location right beside train street. It's inside of a strip with multiple restaurants. Staffing was excellent as well. Very helpful and allowed me to check in early. They also help communicate with the sleeper bus company when we weren't getting any communication from them. Rooms were alittle small but the bed was comfortable and sheets were very clean, probably because they charge guest if they stain sheets, but to me it makes the experience better because it holds people accountable. Honestly I cannot think of anything to complain about. This was the second best place I stayed in Hanoi out of the six hotels I stayed at.

Situated on a street that is full of fantastic food establishments, very close to the train street and never quiet until 2 am weekdays. To hotel has double glazing and working AC so noise is not a problem. Internet access is fast, stable, and reliable with each room having a dedicated network and login. Now for the best part of the Sky Charm Hotel the staff ! Reception Violet is a trove of information on the surrounding area. Most importantly they will discuss what you would like and want. Reception can arrange everything from a SIM for roaming internet in Vietnam for your phone, to tickets for various attractions excursions happening in Hanoi to a full river boat excursion which was difficult for me to get for the time I had and the notice I gave. Sofia and the hotel’s trainee Alice found one with availability I wanted and secured it for me. I believe Sofia has a wealth of contacts in Hanoi and reputation is everything in Vietnam and her reputation is golden. A 3 day 2 night cruse in Hanoi Bay that is not related to the hotel but Sofia did this for me because customer service does not stop at the door for the customers of the Sky Charm Hotel ! Thank you for making a positive impact to my vacation.

The hotel room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioner runs smoothly and the space is quiet at night. Great location, just a few minutes to Hoan Kiem Lake walking street and the train street. I really like the breakfast buffet here - with pho, eggs and bread. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The price is reasonable compared to the central area. If you want a simple, clean, central place to stay - Sky Charm Hanoi hotel & spa is a good choice.

Sky Charm Hanoi hotel & spa is an ideal choice when you want to explore Hanoi Old Quarter. I like the modern space, clean and fragrant room. The staff is enthusiastic, check-in is quick, help me bring my luggage to the room. The location is close to many famous restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. Breakfast is not too diverse but the quality is quite good. With a mid-range price, I think this is a very worthwhile choice to experience when coming to Hanoi.

The hotel is located right in the center of the Old Quarter, a few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. The room is clean, modern equipment, comfortable bed. The staff is extremely friendly, enthusiastic support from check-in to taxi booking. The breakfast buffet is quite rich, with both Vietnamese and Western dishes. Overall it is worth it. I will come back if I have the opportunity to visit Hanoi again.

The room though small was ideal as a solo traveller The staff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to assist me There is no car access to the hotel but the staff are there to assist with luggage etc. The choice of breakfast is wonderful for a dmall hotel, the only drawback is the small dining area. Gteat access to train street and there are so many dining options on the mall outside it wil satisfy anyone's culinary needs
