⚠️Each room may have an active (red flashing) smoke/C02/gas sensor that you will not tamper (managed by the building management. You are okay with this or cancel with full refund within 24 hours.⚠️ We do not have any video camera inside our suite.

Extra guest and pet fees unpaid upfront will be fined 100% (double guest fee and pet fee). Verified by entrance door camera.

Additional guests above our maximum allowance are not permitted due to fire code violation. Guests will be fined 500,000 VND per guest per night (if above the maximum allowance from management).

Turn off all air conditioning units before leaving the place. Put AC remote control on table (send photo to us on check-out). Replacement of missing remote control for AC will cost you 2 million VND

Please leave the key card on the kitchen table when you check-out. Send us a photo as proof. You won't need the card to go down to ground floor. ⚠️Missing card will cost 500,000 VND for replacement.⚠️

🚫 Do not flush any feminine products or toilet paper into the toilet (can dispose in the "Garbage Room"). This is not a Western plumbing system and not designed for paper or feminine products. It will plug the toilet. Unplugging it will cost 2M VND each time.

🛑Any of the following rules are broken will terminate your stay immediately without refund ✋:

🚫 No Pet Policy Stirctly enforced🐕🐈 We love pets and have a Husky but the owners will not permit them in this unit. Ask us about other pet friendly suites in this building.

❌Strictly no smoking of any type of tobacco or marijuana products. Any evidence found will incur extra cleaning fee of 5 million VND.

❌All narcotic and illegal substance use is prohibited.

❌Party (12+) or social gathering is prohibited.

❌Noise complaints from management past curfew hours @11 PM
