We stayed at Smile Hotel for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. - Staff: Nice people that can speak good english; - Room: Good! We thought it would be a little bigger that it actually was but still it was very clean (they clean it everyday), and had everything you need for a comfortable stay (kettle, mini bar, hairdryer, etc. - Amenities: Great! The roof top pool is quite small but it’s nice and clean. The same for the deck area, much smaller than we thought but with some deck chairs, a table and a WC with shower (very helpful if you’re arriving before check in or leaving after check out). The Internet is also good and they have some shadow areas, so you can work at the pool, however we couldn’t find any power outlet nearby. - Location: Very good! Close to the beach (5 min walking) and to local restaurants, mini markets and stores. - Internet: Very good! The day we arrived they were having some problems with the Wi-fi but after a couple of hours the problem was solved and the internet was working perfectly. Summing up this was a 10/10.

I highly recommend The Smile Hotel when you stay in it because it ticks all the boxes at a great price and is in a prime location, although other hotels cost a lot more. The one we visit is only around 1 year old. Rooftop pool and breakfast are included in all the negatives. Excellent location, views, and everything is close. Did I mention the staff, outstanding service, and these guys put it together?

We had a good experience while staying here. The location is strategic with all the restaurants near it, and the room size is compact but the condition is also clean. This time we had a terrible breakfast with no option, the view from the restaurant is terrible. The rooftop pool area is tiny, but the image in the advertisement on the website makes it appear bigger. I suggest looking for other accommodation if I want to stay in Hanoi again.

I had a nice experience in this place. This place offers a wonderful beachfront restaurant. It has a nice local atmosphere. This place is excellent. It is a cozy space with two two-person beds and a triple patio with sea views. I'm not sure what they mean by patio, maybe it has a window? When we arrived, there was no hot shower, and the shower was not working at all.. Instead, we had warm water. There are no sorry nor services at all. The bed sheets are good. There isn't much to choose from and the aircorn is blowing so hard that it is so bad.

Staff is very pleasant and enthusiastic! It's uncommon in Vietnam to see smiles from other people, especially chinese and Russian people. This. The hotel steadfastly denounces those bad ones. The most spacious room on the upper floor had a shower over a. Feature bath but without a nozzle holder for the shower head. making washing challenging. The noisy passengers in the lift lobby had no regard for other visitors, but that's Chinese for you. They are very selfish and impolite. The pool was not working properly and green. Which was bothersome because it was my primary amenity choice for any hotel in Asia because it was so hot. Service compensated for it.
