*** Apartment and Building Rules
1. Apartment cleaning fees are not included in the rent. Please keep the apartment clean during your stay, and neatly collect and dispose of trash in the trash can before leaving.
2. Maintain the overall order of the building, and do not talk loudly or make noise in the elevator, hallway, or lobby.
3. Do not play music or make loud noises that may affect the neighboring apartments. Especially, do not make noise after 10 PM to 8 AM. (The time designated by the building.)
4. No prohibited substances, drugs, gambling, or prostitution are allowed in the apartment.
5. Guests must stay with the same number of people as stated in the original reservation. If there are additional people, please notify the company staff immediately.
6. Guests must provide their ID/passport so that the company can report their stay to the building and local police. If the guest does not provide the information or provides information that does not match the identity of the person staying, the guest will be fined by the local police.
7. Bath towels are for bathing, not for cleaning shoes. If the guest uses the towel and leaves a stain, the guest must pay VND 100,000 per towel as compensation.
8. If the apartment furniture is damaged, the guest must repurchase it in its original condition or pay a fee according to the value of the damaged items.
*** Note: If it is found that the guest violates Article 4, Article 5 and Article 6, the company will cancel the room immediately at that time and will not refund the deposit or the amount prepaid by the guest. In particular, if the guest violates Article 4, the guest must assume full responsibility according to the law.
***If the guest does not keep the apartment clean, does not clean the kitchen facilities after using them, or throws trash around the house, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of 300k/room.
***Cancellation Policy:
-If you cancel 30days before check in day, you will receive full refund of the booking.
-If you cancel within 30days - 14days before check in day, you will receive 50% refund of the booking.
-If you cancel after 14days of booking, you won’t able to receive any refund.
