APARTMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
Solarhub management will highly appreciate your collaboration in abiding by theserules and regulations, whose aim is to ensure peaceful and safe stay for our Guests.
1. Kindly present your passport with the valid entry visa for the check-in procedure.
2. Apartment is rented by the room night. The apartment night lasts from 15:00 till 11:00 the following day. Leaving belongings or remaining in the room after 11:00 is treated as automatic prolonging of the stay. If the Guest leaves your luggages after 11: 00 the apartment.
3. The guests are responsible for money, valuables and personal belongings at the apartment.
4. It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, inflammable, narcotics (drug), prohibited goods, pets and bulky assets into the apartment.
5. Do not change or move the furniture and equipment from one place to another. Guest bears full material and legal responsibility for any loss, damages or destruction of villa furnishings and appliances resulting from his/her fault or from the fault of his/her visitors.
6. Limited Housekeeping Services are provided between 9:00 – 12: 00 (please message for the bulter before 1day) . Daily only trash, towel service and public areas, a full cleaning (change linens/make bed etc…) will be provided on the 3rd full day of your stay (upon your request). Pool towels are not supplied. Towels must be left behind inside the apartment.
7. No throwing or tossing of objects in the property common areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms and common areas except the balcony.

If you need our butler to purchase food or essential items for you, a delivery fee of VND 100,000 applies for distances under 100 km, and VND 200,000 for distances over 100 km.”
9. Use water and electricity sparklingly. Before leaving the villa, guests are expected tocheck whether the door is properly locked and the electricity is turned off.
10. Children must be supervised by adults at all times in this pool.
11. Persons who are not checked in the apartment may stay in the apartment from 07:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. Persons staying in the apartment after 9:00 p.m must register with the bulter .
12. If you discover a fire in the apartment, please immediately alert all neighboring people and comply with the fire-fighting instructions.

13. Quiet time lasts from 10:00pm to 8:00am of the next day. During quiet time, Guests using the apartment services have an obligation to behave properly and not to disturb the peace of stay of other persons and neighbours. No loud music allowed in the apartment and publicareas.
14. Prior to leaving the hotel, the guest is kindly requested to settle all bills and return keysto the host.
15. The bulter has the right to terminate the rental agreement for any guests who fail to comply with the above regulations.”
