The staff greeted us with such kindness! When we arrived they brought us cold towels, banana cake, and watermelon juice. The hotel breakfast included in our stay was literally the best breakfast I've ever had, and they surprised us with a special cake for our honeymoon! Liam, one of the staff, was very helpful in helping us figure out which excursions we'd like to do, and arranged to have our bags moved to our next hotel. They packed us fresh fruit for our excursion, knowing it would be a busy day. Overall, the service and kindness was outstanding. I'd definitely recommend Solaria!

Would have been great to have a pool for the really hot days but not a reason not to stay there. The hotel was excellent - the staff Ryan & Eddy could not do enough for us. Would highly recommend.

The service was excellent. All the staff were really helpful. Suggested places to visit for the day ahead and even printed off best restaurants in Hoi An which we were visiting after Hanoi. They even allowed us to leave our luggage’s with them when we returned from our one night cruise at HaLong bay and we had to wait for our flight to DaNang. The rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast served each day had a really good range! We really loved our stay at Solaria. Thank you from all my family!

I love this hotel! I was only there for 1 night but the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They recommended the perfect place for lunch within walking distance plus prepared a take away breakfast as I had to leave early for the airport. The room was great, lovely rooftop bar and really friendly staff in a great location. Highly recommend!

WAUW! We had an amazing experience here. The rooms are very nice and clean. The people are so nice and really go the extra mile for you. Service is 10/10 for sure. We had a late flight so we already checked out, but left our luggage in the hotel. When we came back in the evening, they offered us a room we could use so we could take a shower. We have never experienced this kind of service yet, so would really recommend!!

This is a boutique hotel. It is perfectly located in the Old Quarter, a short walk to most sites. The hotel is very clean and modern. The restaurant is excellent. The room was excellent overall. The hotel staff by far provided the best customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. I would definitely stay at this hotel just for the customer service. The hotel room price is also excellent.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the service and attention to detail from the staff have been impeccable. Everyone was amazing but Nam helped us the most and truly went above and beyond. It was our first time visiting Hanoi and as such he went through all these traveling tips and tricks, including how to shop/bargain to the best food options in town. We only stayed for a night, as we had to leave early in the AM for the Halong Bay tour, but Nam made sure to pack us little lunchboxes for the long car ride there. Overall, amazing people and amazing place, we will definitely be back in the near future! Thank you Solaria staff!

Great location in heart of the Old Town. Beds and linen are top quality. Mattress is firm but they offer a soft topper on check in which made for a very comfortable sleep. Restaurant food is fabulous and great value for money. Staff are very friendly and work hard to please you. My only negative is that, at times, it was a bit over bearing. Ms Lily and Mr Liam deserve a special mention.

Let me start by saying what an amazing customers service they have through out the 3 days we stayed in Hanoi. From getting 5 star service for breakfast provided, always being greeted by the lobby, great spa service for couples and everyone spoke english really well. I highly recommend this place to stay in hanoi because we didn’t have to call Grab and walk most of the time. Tour bus can come pick you up at this location as well.
