Sehr schöne und gepflegte Zimmer und Badezimmer. Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Lage etwas außerhalb. 5 min zu Fuß zum schönen Strand (rechte Seite). Taxi ca 4-5€ in die Altstadt von hoi an. Oder Roller mieten. Kostenlose Fahrräder (Zustand vorher prüfen)

I couldn't recommend this place enough, from the moment you arrived, Hu and her family make you feel like family and are so helpful and friendly throughout your entire stay. They did not have done more for us, they cover all of our expenses and created a tab that is great for convenience and convenience. They booked all of our travel experiences, organized our motorbike laundry transfer, and their food is so yummy. It's a great place for relaxing, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes drive from Hoi's center, so perfect if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city. Its so reasonable, very clean, and the pool is great. Thank you again!.

The room was nicely and clean. When we arrived, the owner, H. Hau, was very nice and helpful. When we arrived, she went over a map of Hoi An and suggested several places we could go as well as which atms would offer the best exchange rates. She also assisted us in arranging transportation into central Hoi An when we needed it and offered to send a private doctor out to help a friend who had the flu, although we didn't take her up. After a short walk, a lovely private beach was accessible. When we had it, the food provided was excellent, though most of the time we went to Hoi An for food.

Hau and her family are the most accommodating and kind family we have come across in South East Asia. We felt right at home and stayed for four nights. The beds are insanely comfy and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The wifi connection is superb, the location to the beach is good and the fact that they are willing to help with anything is just lovely. We had the best time staying there and would highly recommend anyone considering just booking it. You will not regret it!.

The staff at this hotel were really kind and nice. They also give a room with small size for the price. And then, the location was close to the shopping and restaurants. After that, they have a common area with the owners staff, which makes me feel at home. Subsequently, they gave the bikes for free, if you want to go here, you need to pay 5, 00 to park safely for the entire day so you can walk around and shop.

The owner was very kind and warm. She made sure we had a great experience. The setting is ideal, not in the city's bustle, but still fairly close. A nice beach is near by and walk within 5 minutes. Stunning room with sofa, balcony, and lovely bathroom, a cool pool, and a kind breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked and paid for 2 deluxe rooms for my family and when they got there they tried to put everybody into 1 family room. They said they didn’t have both bookings and they didn’t have another room. I was staying at the Sunrise Premium Resort around the corner when I got the call for help. When I got there I kicked up a fuss, showed them the booking and told them it was their problem. The lady manager just glared at me and was extremely unapologetic. Suddenly out of nowhere a deluxe room became available to us. In my opinion because my family was Vietnamese they tried to bully them and pull the wool over their eyes. Thank goodness I was there and just outcome resulted. I believe they had every intention to rent out the room I paid for. Location is good near the beach. Food is deplorable. We ate dinner because we had it included in our stay and we were hungry. Nobody touched breakfast - not good. If you want to get a good night’s sleep then this is not the place as there are people drinking and being rowdy until the early hours of the morning.
