I had a wonderful stay at Sunset Westlake. The highlight was definitely the staff—the girl at the front desk was amazing and incredibly professional. She went out of her way to coordinate a luxury limo van for my trip to Ninh Binh, which made my transition so stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for Hanoi. Being right by the water offered a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for their hospitality alone!

Had a great stay . Thankful for the manager who spoke English and was able to assist me throughout my stay. Housekeeping staff and the bar and kitchen staff were amazing. I will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was so lovely. We were given a room on a high floor after the first night so we could see Tay Ho lake. Our room was spacious with two beds, cleaned and restocked daily. Breakfast was on the 11th floor with exquisite outdoor seats and views. Options were varied with pho, fruit, eggs, salads, meats, rice, juices, tea and coffee. The staff were very responsive and dealt with any requests quickly. Staff gave us constant care and attention and seemed to enjoy their jobs and the hotel they were part of. It is not always the case to see this. We would return any opportunity.

旧市街までは郷里があるが周辺には市場もありコンビニもある良いホテルです。朝食のメニューが時間が遅いと無くなってしまうので早く行った方が良い。インターネットがつがならない時がある。価格相当と思う。

The receptionist are very friendly & accommodating. We had a bad experienced on the 1st day because of a rude taxi driver but they help us report it & they also help us booked for transport so that we will never experienced it again. They also help us in booking our city tour even that it was a last minute decision

the staff was very helpful in terms of transport and organising tours. Room service was very fast when we needed something it came right away. Our room was very spacious, cleaned daily and we had a great view of the Westlake.

Upon leaving the airport the hotel abruptly canceled our booking. At the time of year, the rooms were chilly, and the hotel itself is really gloomy. But, we were able to secure this hotel for three nights. However, each of the rooms we had adjoining rooms worked well. The lack of hot water in the shower, which allowed only one and a half people to take a shower, was the drawback. We had to switch between taking two showers in the morning and two showers in the evening because there were four of us. Even though being about 15 to 20 minutes from the old quarter made taxi rides up to us a little cumbersome on clear days, the lakeside location would be pleasant on a clear day. The personnel were accommodating and welcoming. Although the meals that were offered were adequate, we nonetheless had them. Overall, the weather probably detracted from our perspective, and perhaps made us unhappy by not choosing our proper hotel selection. I'm okay, but I still need a jolly great room remodel and makeover.

Our experience here was very satisfying and I love how good the service here was. The location is close to the restaurants. The atmosphere is nice. And then, the food was great. After that, the service here was very nice. Afterward, the view is over the Westface, which is the reason it is named because you can see the sun sitting here.

When we stayed here for a few days, we got the room we were staying in with a view of the lake. The staff was very helpful and helpful. The breakfast was fine. I recommend this hotel to visit Vietnam.

The location is strategically located across from West lake, so easily accessible from anywhere. We rented scooters nearby since we were 6 people. The hotel room was spacious and comfy. Unfortunately, the breakfast that was served was disappointing, but it was worth the price.

I had a start on the Saturday and had to get to Hanoi the previous night. The sunset westface location was close to where I wanted to be, 20 minutes from the airport, and reasonably priced at 40 dollars for the night. The room was upgraded to a good size, however, and had lovely views of the west face. The bathrooms had a tub, a shower hose, and a few other flimsy pieces that you could not use sitting up. The reception received poor quality, however, the ac was fine with the fact that there was a doctor outside. Because I had a 5.30 mark, I was unable to eat breakfast. I had to cross over a few remaining employees before stepping off the lift in the lobby. They were also friendly when they woke up and called a taxi to Noibai. I would be difficult to return to this hotel if it werent for the setting and employees. But, what you pay for is, though..
