Our stay at Tam Coc Luxury Hotel was excellent. Staff are very helpful and during a blackout the staff still did their best to provide a full breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and spacious.

What a gem of a hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer. The room was large and very clean. Everything from dressers to towels were jist like new. The pool was great for a quick dip and the breakfast buffet has many things to choose from. Location is perfect for walking to numerous restaurants and some of Tam Cocs touristsites as wel Best part of this hotel is it's staff. Our check in and check out was quick and the staff are very professional. The chefs in the morning were kind and made good pho and omelets. The staff taking care of the garden and pool area were always cleaning and making sure the area looked its best. Spe ial shout out to the young gentleman that helped us vook our transfer to Hanoi then went out of his way to answer some questions after we left the hotel and didn't understand the procee the company was using. Highly recommend you stay here if you visit Tam Coc.

Belle chambre, spacieuse, au calme. Accueil énergique (!) mais efficace, possibilité de service de nettoyage de linge mais il y a aussi des laundry juste à côté dans la rue, avec des machines. Bon petit déjeuner. Proche du centre et du départ des promenades en barque.

An excellent location for a stay in Tam Coc. The front desk team was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check in early. The hotel is conveniently located near laundromats, grocery stores, and the quieter part of the river. (Tip: Try Xa Ot Noodle Bar just 2 minutes away for a great lunch or dinner!). The property is brand new with a cozy bar lounge and a swimming pool. The rooftop offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views, and adding some chairs or cushions would make it an even better, peaceful spot for stargazing and catching the views. Breakfast was fresh, comprehensive, and very allergy/dietary-restriction friendly. My room was peaceful, shielding me well from the evening noise of the tourist area. However, a couple of things could be improved. The AC felt quite weak compared to standard hotels in Vietnam, and I found two cockroaches in my room despite keeping all food in the fridge. The maintenance and the slightly dated public bathrooms could use some attention for a 1-year-old property. That being said, kudos to the hardworking housekeeping lady who worked tirelessly from morning to night to keep the common areas well-supplied and tidy

The property was central with good facilities including a swimming pool. The breakfast was good & the staff great, especially Michael who helped us a couple of times. Only complaint was poor wi-fi which did was slow & did not cover the entire room. The TV also didn’t work properly
