Gia đình chúng tôi (2 vc 2 boys) đến NB lần đầu tiên, và Tam Cốc Valley Bungalow đã để lại ấn tượng khá hay, phải nói là tuyệt vời...sự hiếu khách, thân mật và niềm nở; phong cảnh xung quanh quá hùng vĩ, yên tĩnh, chỗ ở sạch sẽ, tươm tất và đầy đủ tiện nghi cho việc nghỉ dưỡng...nhân viên chuyên nghiệp và nhiệt tình, thức ăn ngon vừa miệng, giá hợp lý...có thể câu cá trong khuôn viên, đạp xe trên con đường uốn lượn theo vách núi, đồng lúa...(xe đạp miễn phí). Cám ơn bạn Đặng (ân cần chu đáo); bạn đầu bếp (vui tính và nấu ăn ngon), anh Tuấn chủ nhưng thân thiện và cởi mở...chắn chắc sẽ quay lại NB và sẽ ở Tam Cốc Valley Bungalow. Xin Cám ơn và hẹn gặp lại! What a beautiful location. Set back against the hills. Falling asleep to the sounds of frogs and crickets was so peaceful. The service was great, the people were very friendly and helpful and the pool was immaculate!

Superbe séjour de 4 nuits dans cette très belle adresse proposant de beaux bungalows. Décor idyllique au coeur de magnifiques rochers karstique et rizières , environnement très tranquille, des vélos gratuits permettent de rejoindre l'embarcadère de TAM COC en 5 minutes (à 800 m). L'accueuil est très sympathique et les informations et conseils très avisés, petit déjeuner très copieux. Une adresse à recommander sans hésitation pour profiter de cette magnifique region. Un seul point faible... l'entretien d'une des chambres laissait à désirer, le ménage dans son ensemble reste superficiel.

Localisation parfaite, Accueil parfait. Malheureusement l’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas suffisante. En effet nous entendions les voisins parler comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre.

Set in an amazing location it was a great and quiet surprise. Disappointed the pool wasn’t full and able to be used as the kids were looking forward to it. We also searched for 2A2C and were given a triple room - so check your options. Beautiful scenery, friendly staff and pristine location.

Położenie i basen to największy atut obiektu, wśród gór, coś niesamowitego. Basen to wspaniałe odpoczęcia od gorących dni. Bungalow ładnie urządzony. Jednak obiekt ma też niestety minusy. Obsługa jest bardzo miła ale i bardzo nieogarnięta. Zapomina o rzeczach o które się ją prosi. Śniadania też są minusem obiektu, pomimo dużej ilości osób obsługujących, bufet był pusty prawie za każdym razem gdy przyszliśmy na śniadanie. Opieszałość obsługi była frustrująca. Można zamówić posiłek ale bardzo długo się czeka , smak nic specjalnego. Pranie było pogniecione i dostałam rzeczy innych osób. Radzę przeliczyć rzeczy zanim odda się je do prania. W pokoju klimatyzacja pomimo klimatyzatora nie działała, było bardzo gorąco i to nie wina wyłączenia prądu na pół nocy. Było tak przez cały pobyt. Jednak pomimo tych wad rekomenduje obiekt po położenie i basen rekompensują wszystko.

Hôtel situé dans un cadre magnifique. Bungalows confortables. Réceptionniste très serviable. Propreté laisse à désirer, la chambre n'a été faite qu'une seule fois sur les 4 jours de notre séjour et elle n'était pas propre à notre arrivée.

The hotel was a bit hard to find as there is many bungalows that include the name Tam Coc and bungalow. When I arrived to the hotel I was amazed with the views! It really is a beautiful area. The bungalow itself is very spacious, however the locks on my door did not work and the door would get stuck. The breakfast is a 8 out 10 but it is not always available at the serving time. So if they 7.. it means 7ish... The front desk has a lady who speaks great English and is very helpful. They also have a volunteer who speaks English. Now my problem with my stay. The first day I asked the volunteer(who I thought was an employee at the time) that I wanted to book a tour. He said he would book it for me and would be available tomorrow for the tour. The next day he had an issue with his cellphone and tour was not done. The next day was raining all day so I booked an extra night. However things started getting creepy when volunteer was insisting on spending his day off with me, I felt uncomfortable and stayed in my room until it was time to leave. Overall if you are a solo traveler I do not recommend this hotel. If you are with a group, want nice views, and don't mind doors that may or may not lock then by all means its is a nice hotel with potential.
