The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but the convenience of location makes up for it. Fair warning, there is no lift here but the staff were happy to assist us with our bags. Main thing is the convenient location, down a quiet alleyway but just a walk away from everything.

A friendly family that took good care of me. They helped me arrange everything during my stay, and the breakfast was excellent. The room and bed were very spacious and had a nice balcony. Very convenient location and short walk to the Old Town area.

Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Famille très sympathique et d’une aide précieuse. Maison très bien située à l’entrée de la vieille ville. Bonne literie. Parfait !

Veldig koselig Homestay. Rent og fint rom. Gode senger. Veldig stille fra omgivelsene. 7 min å gå til sentrum.

There are many home stays scattered throughout Hoi An. I’m sure they are all good. We really liked ours at Tam Hong Phuc. Big room with 2 queen beds. Great AC. Large bathroom with a walk in shower. Modern. Great location just on the outskirts of old town but very close. Quiet alley off the Main Street. Madame Kahane’s Bánh mi shop was right around the corner along with several other good restaurants and coffee places. Best banh mi in Vietnam, they say. The owner and his wife are extremely nice and hospitable. They got us rental bikes in 10 minutes on 2 occasions. We enjoyed talking with them. They were always available and around for us.

The breakfast was delicious even though it wasnt particularly strong. Then, the facilities are spotless. After, the manager is kind. Later, the walk to old town is quite easy.

Walking distance to the tourist area. There are many cafes on the premises. There is a swimming pool. Easy access indoor slippers are provided.

The location was excellent, impeccably clean, and the family were incredibly sweet. There was a great variety of delicious meals nearby, and we especially enjoyed the adorable doggo at the front desk.

We will definitely return in the future. This homestay is a must! The staff is the best, they are kind and can help with almost everything. The rooms are clean and our room had a nice balcony. Around the corner you can find the best banh mi in hoi an, mr. Khanh, and its a 2 minute walk from the old town.

We had a great time here! The hosts are incredibly helpful and kind, and the place is excellent and situated on a peaceful street. Each morning, they served a variety of dishes for breakfast, which was a fantastic way to experience regional cuisine, and they even provided bikes for us to use. The space was cozy and tidy. Without a doubt, i would suggest staying here again!.
