☆☆☆☆☆ A absolutely outstanding experience for our whole family. From the very first moment we arrived we felt warmly welcomed and our stay quickly became one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. The location is simply perfect. The rooms are wonderfully quiet calm and peaceful with no disturbances at all even though the hotel is only 324 meters from the lively walking street which is an absolute must to experience in the evening. You get the best of both worlds with vibrant city life nearby and complete silence when you want to relax. The reception team is exceptional and always smiling friendly and genuinely helpful. The concierge knows absolutely everything about the area and gave us excellent tips and recommendations. We originally booked only one night but ended up staying four nights because of the hospitality spotless cleanliness quiet nights comfortable room delicious breakfast and the great laundry service for our clothes. Even though the hotel is officially rated as a 2-star hotel it delivers true 5-star service in every possible way. There is a clear reason why Than Thien Friendly Hotel has won many awards on social platforms. We will definitely return here with our family next time. And the price? Incredible value for money. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour à l’hôtel. Le personnel est toujours souriant et serviable. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle. Le wifi était bon. Les déjeuners étaient délicieux. Nous y retournerions sans crainte.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and caring. Room is good and comfortable. Convenient location to the busiest tourist areas ( restaurans and pubs ) and walking distance to the Bridge. Highly recommend this hotel as it is a great value for money.

Great spot to see the city from. Rooms are clean and good size. Note that on Expedia they say there are river views but that is incorrect. Only city views.

Clean, modern, friendly staff, great stay in the tourist district. Walkable to the main tourist attractions. Only drawback was the hot water in the shower wouldn't last too long. But would definitely go back here.

Can't believe we paid so little for such a well run and comfortable hotel! I have stayed in hotels for quadruple the price and had a much worse room and service! Great room, bed, shower, service, location and breakfast for a very reasonable price! Perfect for couples visiting or travellers looking for a place to see Hue for a day or two
