We are transferred to nearby hotel for the first day. The reason, the hotel full already.. wow ? We are paying for the room at the hotel, why its full for us. This is unfair. Until the 2nd day, we were calling back to the hotel, and we can compare the the star rating for the transits is totally below what we aspect and pay for. Very bad and frightening for the tourist with this situation.

It's a simple and cheap place but I never had any worries about safety or the desk staff misunderstanding me. Breakfast was pretty minimalistic. It's about a block from Ben Tanh Market which is nice. It's also on a street that gets a bit less traffic.

Heel eenvoudig, maar echt net hotel in goede buurt voor zacht prijsje. Ontbijt hield niet over, maar Starbucks dicht in de buurt. Wifi was echt zeer goed.

Everything was fine until we expected to pay what our printed confirmation said was the airport shuttle fee. Staff argued the paperwork wasn't for their hotel but it was. After 10 minutes of arguing they finally gave us coupons for the return shuttle, only to have the taxi driver demand more when we got to the airport.

Very clean hotel and location is superb. We did put our shopping stuffs back to hotel and head back out since its only less than 5 minutes walk. Convienient as alit of taxi drivers knows where its located at.

前評判通り。清掃はきちんとなされており、受付のスタッフも英語が通じてなんら困りませんでした。4泊しましたが、ほとんど外に出かけていたので、私のように快適にシャワーが浴びられ清潔なベッドで眠れることを望む方には十分です。帰りのタクシーも快く電話してくれました。ベトナムの人は、基本精一杯のおもてなしをしようという気持ちはないのかな？というくらいの国民性の違いを面白がるくらいの方が快適に過ごせます。

ホーチミン市街の中心部にあるので、主要な観光地に行くにも徒歩２０分以内です。空港からのアクセスも便利です。152番のバスに乗り、ベンタインバスターミナル降りて徒歩五分です(交通費5000ドン)。また、朝食も充実しています。

Hotel's location is very convenience, staff are friendly, room condition is OK but should place at least one hand towel and 2 coffee cup with spoon (got hot pot in room but no coffee cup). Overall is OK.

I stayed here for a few days. The advertised "park view" is not really a view of the park. You get a view of some slum's roof and the back of the new world hotel. In the distance you will see the AB tower and will here the music when the Chill Sky Bar starts up. They have an ethernet connection in the room if the wifi is not good enough. The housekeeping are ninjas. If I go out to get a quick bite to eat and put the sign up, When I come back 30 minutes later. My room has been cleaned. I don't even know how they see the sign. There's no camera on my door.

I found very bad quality room ever, bad smell and bad staff who don't know how to speak in English! Better then this I would like to sleep in park or street :(( No any good facility and after I paid everything they saying no any good room available. Rooms not as shown in photos and not ready to refun. Finally got help from Expedia to get reloacate another better place, thanks to Expedia ;)
