Will return if visiting vietnam. Excellent value for the money. Satisfied all of our fundamental needs for lodging. The place was spotless, and the room cleaning service was prompt. No issues during our stay, and there was a mini gym on the ground level as well. Nii and jia, the receptionists, were extremely kind and accommodating.

The only drawback is the small lift, which could be improved with an additional lift, as waiting for one can be quite long. In a nutshell, fantastic. Nii provided excellent service, ensuring a smooth checkin experience. She exudes warmth, politeness, and warmth, exuding exceptional customer service, and the room itself was impeccably clean and newly renovated.

The hotel is secure, spotless, and incredibly cozy. The rooms are brandnew, wellkept, and welllit. The citys top attractions are not far away, and i could easily get there on foot or by app car. There are numerous cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. There are two 24hour convenience stores right next to the hotel. The staff performed with constant attention, prompt responses, and unwavering kindness. I must highlight in particular the attendants, nii e ishar, who assisted me with all my needs.

Hotel ini modern, bersih, dan dilengkapi dengan baik. Meskipun berada di jalan yang sibuk, ternyata sangat sepi. Stafnya, terutama yang bernama helen, sangat membantu. Satu-satunya downside adalah tekanan air yang tidak stabil. Saya masih akan merekomendasikan hotel ini.

Mas o atendimento vale tudo que hotel de gente legal principalmente uma menininha que estava lá no momento da nossa saída de no Vi Ishar, uma fofa. Não tem luxo mas é confortável o preço super legal ... Foi só uma noite então. ok

Kamarnya bersih, staf resepsionisnya sangat sopan dan menyambut kami. Terutama Gin, resepsionis sekaligus satpamnya, selalu membantu pintu mobil, bagasi, bahkan bahan makanan jika membeli terlalu banyak. Selain itu, atapnya bocor yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh pengembunan AC. Gin cukup baik untuk mengatasi situasi dengan cepat meskipun tengah malam. Secara pribadi menurut saya tempat tidurnya terlalu keras dan hanya memiliki sedikit dukungan untuk tulang belakang Anda dan tamu bisa sedikit berisik di malam hari, yang bukan kesalahan hotel, selain itu lokasinya sangat bagus! Dekat supermarket dan 7- 11 tepat di bawah.

Our stay at this new hotel was wonderful. The room is clean and spacious for two people. We like that there are washing machines and dryers available for free use. The service provided by the staff is impeccable. On arrival, they surprised my wife with a surprise birthday cake. There were some issues with our room air conditioning, but maintenance promptly fixed it even though it was a Sunday! A special mention to nii, who speaks good english, recommended us to a good money changer and ensured our stay was comfortable.

The hotel has a very upscale appearance. It appears incredibly cozy and spotless, and the air conditioning is undoubtedly the best ive experienced in Vietnam thus far, but the bathroom is my only gripe. The toilet room is smaller than the one in the plane i took from taiwan. Not only that, but the door for the toilet or shower is also unlocked.

I initially booked this place for a few days but ended up staying for two weeks. Everything is perfect, especially the location and staff, and i appreciated the internal laundry facilities. Special thanks to vinh who always went out of his way to recommend great lunch and dinner places and to check on me, bac/ Rachel who always provided friendly service and vi and trang for their outstanding friendliness and service. I left feeling like i made new friends and cant wait to come back here soon.

I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it. My stay at the concept hotel was quite enjoyable. The staff is consistently friendly and always willing to engage in a little small talk. Even though not everyone speaks english fluently, they make an effort to assist and, if necessary, they use translation apps, which i really appreciated. The rooms and the entire hotel are clean and wellmaintained. Breakfast is delicious and wellorganized - there is no buffet, but you can order from a variety of dishes, which i personally found very convenient. What stood out most were the pleasant conversations i had with the security guard, mr. Huy, and hotel staff members like bac Rachel, who were always helpful and welcoming. Given the price, this hotel offers excellent value.

I heartily endorse this location! My time at the concept hotel was fantastic! The service was firstrate, and the accommodations were contemporary and spotless. Huy, the security guard, deserves special mention. He was incredibly kind, considerate, and always made us feel at ease and at home. His welcoming presence added a personal touch to the experience.
