Accommodation Policies
- Vietnamese guests are required to present a valid Citizen Identity Card (CCCD), Identity Card (CMND), or Temporary Residence Card upon check-in. Foreign guests must present a valid original passport and a valid visa in accordance with current regulations.
- For children under 18 years old staying with adults, guests are required to provide the child’s full date of birth and personal identification number for accommodation registration purposes.
- For guests aged 65 years and above, the hotel requires valid identification documents and personal identification information in accordance with local regulations.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if guests fail to present valid identification documents or provide the required accommodation registration information as stipulated by law.
- According to Vietnamese regulations, a foreign male guest is not permitted to share a room with a Vietnamese female guest without proof of marriage. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the reservation or require the booking of an additional room, subject to room availability.
- A security deposit of VND 2,000,000 will be required upon check-in to cover incidental charges or any damages incurred during the stay. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out. Alternatively, the hotel may retain the guest’s original ID card or passport during the stay and return it upon check-out.
- Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
- Children from 6 to 11 years old will be charged VND 320,000 per child per night when using existing bedding.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted on hotel premises.
- Smoking and strong-smelling food items (including seafood, durian, jackfruit, etc.) are strictly prohibited in guest rooms. A deep-cleaning fee of VND 5,000,000 per incident will apply.
- Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas (Level 5 and outside the hotel lobby).
- Pets are not allowed on hotel premises.
