The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very spacious which we liked a lot. 1 thing I didn't like was the night-shift staff. I and my bf checked-in late at night and it took for a long time because he didn't speak English very well. Other than that, the breakfast was also delicious and everything else was great.

Overall, some services should be improved to attract more visitors in the future. I spent three nights in his hotel on a business trip. First impressions were that the room layout was good, but the room smells like bad smoke and cigarette smoke. I attempted to request a non-smoking room, but the staff said they were all full reserved. The restroom is clean and the shower is directly above the bath tube, but there was no separator, so water spilled throughout the bathroom. Breakfast is standard and has no great flavor but the food is OK, the room is quiet and silent as it is not directly on the road. The staff was welcoming but less English communication, the receptionist also holds our passport during our stay, which could be risky for the visitors as they explore the country.

We arrived at this hotel because the other mira was fully booked. The reception is really considerate, their English is good, and they try to help. We needed a long taxi ride 2 his, and they booked the taxi, agreed the price and translated for the driver. The rooms are simple but spacious, clean and modern. Room service was efficient breakfast was included in the room. First impression was good, but I then got the impression that the staff didn't know what they were doing. The coffee was terrible, and 2 days from 3 it was a stone cold, when things like milk ran out they were not replenished. The mini bar was not replenished daily, I had to ask twice at the front before this was done the location of the hotel was great, just across from an open air restaurant which was cool all in all, the experience was ok, but I am sure they will improve.
