Etter å ha reist Vietnam rundt i fjor, var dette plassen og hotellet vi ville tilbake til. Utrolig fint og fantastisk hyggelige ansatte. Ligger noen få kilometer unna gamlebyen, men taxi kommer etter få minutter og koster nesten ingenting + godt å bo litt unna sentrum som kan være litt hektisk. Ved siden av flotte rom og uteområde er frokosten suveren og maten på restauranten veldig god. Etter to opphold her med hele familien, vil jeg på det varmeste anbefale dette hotellet i Hoi An.

Super friendly and attentive staff especially Huong in reception, Diem, Huong, B. Tram and N.Tram in the restaurant and Chef Le Kim Tuan's food was delicous. The hotel is very good value.

The property is well maintained and cleaned around the clock. Towels are changed daily. Rooms are cleaned twice a day. The tours can easily be arranged by the front desk. The food is excellent. Free breakfast was a great plus with a wide selection of meals. But the most outstanding thing about Saga Hotel is it's Staff. Everyone is kind, helpful, and would go above and beyond their roles. One night, we arrived late for dinner and the kitchen staff was gracious enough to cook for us. That was greatly appreciated. When my mom stayed behind in her room because she wasn't feeling well, your staff gave her tea and porridge and checked in on her. All these acts of kindness are seldom found in the service industry. We highly recommend The Saga Hotel Hoi An. We'll definitely stay again if we go back in Vietnam.

Beautiful small hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff. The free shuttle bus into Hoi An old town and An Bang beach was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastisk opplevelse ! God service , personalet var veldig hjelpsom. Air condition på rommet var tett så den fungerte ikke som den skal. Men personalet var veldig hjelpsom og prøvde å finne et nytt rom for oss. Som kompensasjon fikk vi en gratis tur tilbake til Da Nang for hele familien. det eneste vi savnet var lekerommet for barna, men den var under construction. Men ellers er vi veldig fornøyd med god service. Anbefaler sterkt!

Thank you for your beautiful hospitality! The Saga Hotel Hoi An is so beautiful, especially the staff. I wish I knew everyone’s names, but a special thank you Nhung, Tram, Tinh, Huong (both of them!), and Khanh. You all went above and beyond in hospitality. Thank you to the cleaning staff, my room was so clean every day. The beautiful pool, incredible breakfast spread, beautiful lobby and pool and pool food options, and free bike usage. I’m so grateful for this hotel, you made my time in Hoi An so special. You have a really special hotel and you made me feel welcome at every greeting. Thank you. The small details make a big difference.

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten in Hoi An. Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern gereist und hatten entspannte 10 Tage Urlaub. Zur Altstadt sind es ca. 2 km, zum Strand ca. 3,5 km, aber alles kein Problem mit dem kostenlosen Schuttle oder noch flexibler einfach Grab Fahrt buchen. Im Hotel gibt es einen tollen kleinen Pool zur Abkühlung, es gab neben tollen Frühstück jeden Tag Wasser,Softgetränke und Bier aufgefüllt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles sehr empfehlenswert und ohne Bedenken buchbar.

Has an amazing stay at the saga hotel! We have stayed in a few different hotels in Hoi an and da nang and when you consider the value for money this was top of the list! The rooms are a good size, the pool is great and the food and drink is both affordable and delicious. They run a great happy hour 3-6pm where you can have some evening drinks by the pool. Would 100% suggest staying here and then if you want to visit one of the big beach resorts just go and get a day pass which are super cheap rather than paying to stay there.

Excellent 7-Night Stay at Saga Hotel Hoi An! We spent a fantastic week in a pool-view apartment. The room was great with a brilliant shower, and the TV easily took our Fire Stick. As a massive bonus for sports fans, the IT team went completely above and beyond, setting up a dedicated Access Point and private Wi-Fi SSID just for me to stream football. The only minor downside was the balcony, which was too tiny to use, but the view was lovely. The amenities are top-notch. The pool is sparkling clean, quiet, and always had plenty of sunbeds. Breakfast was brilliant with a massive selection and a great live egg station (evening dining was just okay). We used the spa twice and found it to be excellent value. The hotel also has nice touches like a filtered water station and a small book exchange. The location is perfect. There’s a mini-market right next door, and walking either left or right leads to great restaurants and bars. The hotel shuttle bus service is fantastic and runs at very convenient hours, with the last trip back from the Old Town at 20:30. Wonderful hospitality and incredible service. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of four. We opted for the loft room so we have ample of space. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The breakfast selection is awesome and the food tasted great. Definitely recommended. Thank you for having us!

This hotel was excellent! The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable, with a really nice huge breakfast buffet with so many options available. We enjoyed the free shuttle to the old town and to the beach area. The pool was really nice and an added bonus was the shared property at Ah Nang Beach where we were able to use the beach chairs at no extra cost. It was a quick Grab ride to the old town, or you could walk about 20 minutes. It was super that they provided free bicycles… I rode to the rice fields which were very close to the hotel, it was a huge highlight for me. I highly recommend the Saga Hotel for staying in Hoi An area.
