Traditional older style hotel, but well kept in the centre of district one. Spacious rooms and quiet with high ceilings. within walking distance of the main streets and Japanese town and Ba Son station. Older staff maintain the traditional glory of this established hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was nice, only two complaints are the bed, king size the two twin mattresses wouldn't stay together and the sides of the mattresses were very stiff so the middle of the bed was uncomfortable. The other was beyond their control the sidewalk out front was under construction and was just crushed stone so tripping was an issue

フロントやドアマンの対応がとても良い。また、建物は古いが重厚な造りですが、内部は改装されており非常にきれいになっている。コンセントは４口のタップが机の横に止めてあり、携帯の充電には十分であった。ドアのカギは昔のタイプ（本当の鍵）でカードキーになれた人だと戸惑うかもしれません。風呂はバスタブがありますが、お湯は室内にある貯湯式のようで（浴室の上の壁にある）バスタブにお湯をためて使おうとするとお湯を使い切ってしまうかもしれません。２泊でしたがアメニティやミネラルウォター（２本）は２日とも交換してくれますし、ベッドメイキングもきちんとしてくれます。空調は個別式ですがリモコンの反応は少し鈍いのが欠点と言えば欠点です。コンビニはサークルKやファミリーマートが少し歩いたところにあります。聖マリヤ教会や中央郵便局、市民劇場、人民委員会庁舎、ドンコイ通りは徒歩圏内ですし、ピンクのタンディエン協会へは頑張れば歩いて行けるので立地のはとても良いです。 私はツアーの出発の関係でAM6：30にチェックアウトしましたが、荷物はツアーの帰着のPM7:00まできちんと預かってもらえました。とにかくホテルマンがとてもフレンドリーでよいホテルと思います（ただし、日本語はあまり通じないと思います）。

フロント対応がフレンドリーで気持ち良く滞在できました。 朝食は、前日に選択する方式でした。写真つきメニューで、注文方法もわかりやすく、味も満足でした。 フロントは、日本語でほぼ通じます。ただ、人によっては、英語の方が通じやすい人もいました。 シャワーは壁への固定タイプで、お湯の出もイマイチでしたが、ベトナムらしい感じかと。リンスはありませんでした。

This is my second time of staying within three months, the first time I was allowed to check in early but not the second time. The service is good n the hotel is near to central within walking distance. The room is spacious as well as the king size bed, but the mattress is s bit hard.
