Excellent location and great staff. The breakfast has very good selection. The hotel is in good condition and well located to loca amenities. Old town market is in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Muy buena ubicación, excelente el desayuno, chef que realiza los omelettes excelente. Cómodo y limpio, muy bien mantenido. El personal que está en el lobby, es increíble, demasiado amables todos pendientes de abrirte la puerta, el ascensor, de ofrecerte bebidas. Para regresar.

We had a great stay at the Thien Thai Hotel. It's located in an excellent part of the city, walking distance from the Old Quarter. The hotel room we had was really nice and the buffet breakfast was first rate. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. In particular, we had really excellent customer service from Linh at the reception who arranged for a local SIM card to be delivered to the hotel for us. Nothing was too much trouble - thanks Linh!

A beautiful hotel in a great location. The staffs were so accommodating and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Our room is spacious and clean, nicely decorated, big window with a good view of the old quarter. Highly recommended. Will come back soon.

Generally well located for wet and dry markets, two large, hard to find restaurants that are open without reservations. Many little stores, some Circle K near by. KFC two blocks away, didn’t try. Hotel staff very helpful with directions etc. rooms very clean and spacious. Ladies clean floors daily on hands and knees. Breakfast quite adequate with Pho soup as well as hot foods and several breads. Wait staff very attentive. Streets torn up and scooters are parked on sidewalks making walking a challenge at times. Would stay here again.

This was in the historic Old Quarter of Hanoi. We were within walking distance to many important sites. The hotel itself was charming. There was a flight of stairs leading to the entrance but when we arrived at 1:30 am we were greeted by bell boys who carried our luggage up. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Besides having eggs to order, there was a nice selection of Asian and Western dishes along with many fresh fruits. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with our questions. Our room had a balcony, comfortable king bed, refrigerator, safe, large desk area and 2 easy chairs. The bathroom had a large shower and no lack of hot water or water pressure.

Great location, good food, friendly and helpful staff? The room was clean and very comfortable and included a safe, refrigerator, WiFi, hair dryer and some fresh fruit. It was a great start to my 3 week Vietnam vacation.

great services and good breakfast. close to city centre, at walking distance there are restaurants, convenience stores. only the bed is a bit soft, but room is big and comfy, hot water available. as a ~50usd per night experience, def worth the price.
