* Safety and security
One security camera at the outside entrance door for your safe stay. This is a purely safe device, not surveillance, so please use it with peace of mind.
* Power usage instructions
Vietnam has limited power capacity, so we would appreciate it if you turn off all electronic devices when going out. Also, please close all doors and windows when using the air conditioning. Please understand in advance that running the air conditioner in an open space may cause a dramatic increase in power consumption and cause a power outage.

* Smoking Policy
No smoking indoors. If you are caught smoking, you will be fined 5,000,000 VND, so please understand.
* Here 's how to get started
Accommodation registration is mandatory for all guests as required by local Vietnamese laws. You can take and send us the entry stamp page you received when you entered the country and the photo page of your passport. Thank you so much for your cooperation in advance
* Facility access instructions
If electronics or fixtures (shelves, towels, silverware, etc.) are broken or damaged during your stay, we may request reimbursement for the cost of repair or replacement. Please refer to the pre-directed compensation standard table, and we appreciate your cooperation to ensure that all customers stay in a clean and safe environment.
