I initially booked a smaller room late at night, and the host was very accommodating in upgrading me to a larger suite with a huge window and beautiful view, which I truly appreciated. She communicated consistently and efficiently throughout my stay and was very kind. The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I was thankful for the host’s responsiveness and hospitality.

Très bon rapport qualité /prix. Le monsieur à l’accueil est très gentil mais ne parle pas un mot d’anglais. Notre chambre avait une petite cuisine mais nous n’avions pas de serviettes de toilette.

ホテル内は綺麗に整えられていて快適です。エアコンも良く効きました。 唯一の問題点はエレベーター無しで階段のみな上、その階段の踏み板がとても小さく（特にコーナー部）危なく感じました。 低層階なら快適と思われます。４階以上は荷物が少ない人なら良いでしょうが、スーツケースの人はやめた方が良いです。

I don't normally leave reviews, but felt the need to for my stay at the Lotus. We recieved an unparalleled level of service which ive never seen before. The staff went out of their way to be as friendly and accommodating as possible. The owner actively sits down with you and asks you what you plan to do in Hanoi and offers advice and service. The staff smiles and greets you whenever you enter or leave. The place isn't without its flaws but at the price it's nothing to complain about. The tv was small but we only used it as background noise. My husband thought he smelled mold the first day (I did not) which he bought an air freshener the first day for. It evidently fixed the issue. The bed wasn't very soft, and the furniture was ikea level, but I didn't come to Hanoi to spend time in my hotel room. I've never before had a hotel owner give me his card and say if I ever got lost he'd personally come and pick me up.

Nice and kindly staffs and I could have a fun talking with staffs then they also provided me the best tour with including my criteria even I was thinking really long time and place is really good for sightseeing so I could just walk and trolling the town from the hotel. Thank you hanoi lotus hostel I’m appreciate you guys.

The staff was amazing! Always making you feel like family. The beds are comfy with good pillows and blankets. They also let us store our luggage there when we went to Ha Giang for the motorbike loop! When we got back from the loop, it was my birthday and the staff surprised me with a birthday cake! Would highly recommend this hostel to any one!

This was a well-run and clean hostel in old Hanoi close to several good food options. The young staff speak English well and are very helpful. It is very good value for the low cost charged for the rooms here. Overall, the place just has a nice atmosphere.

Betyget är baserat på priset Vi bodde i ett dubbelrum, varmt vatten, bra läge dvs inte mitt i allt så d va lugnt på nätterna men bara nån minut att gå till där allt hände. Lyhörda rum. Trevlig personal va väldigt intresserade i att sälja på en turer..

Hotel ini sulit dilihat dari luar, tetapi ruang di dalamnya benar-benar berbeda, bersih, terang, berkilau, tampak seperti homestay. Kamar single saya umumnya cukup besar, dengan balkon yang menghadap langsung ke Bangsal polisi (saya tidak tahu saya tidak bisa membukanya karena saya takut dicurigai dan menonton), jika ada TV, AC, shower air panas dan dingin, laundry, sebaiknya berjalan kaki sampai perempatan dan belok kanan menuju ke sana, 20 ribu per set dan handuk, harga kamar masuk akal (saya pribadi menganggapnya murah dibandingkan lokasinya), jika saya ke Hanoi, saya akan terus kembali untuk menginap lagi.

The staff was very kind and helpful in helping me book a taxi to the airport, a day tour and even recommended some good restaurants around the hostel. The room was adequate for the price and the location is great, right in the middle of hanoi old town. Highly recommended for backpackers who need a cheap and convenient hostel.

Staf tua pria itu sangat baik dan ramah, meskipun tidak berbicara bahasa Inggris. Kamarnya luar biasa bersih dan luas, dan sebenarnya kami memesan kamar untuk 2 orang, tetapi mereka memberi kami kamar yang lebih luas tanpa biaya tambahan.
