There are a some old parts, but the room is large enough. Employees are friendly, and morning buffet tastes good, so this is a good hotel as a whole.

Pro: walking distance to bus station, Highland coffee shop and plaza. Room is clean and no tobacco smell. We had been placed in rooms at different hotels with heavy tobacco smell that we had to walk out before. Friendly staffs. We checked in at 4 am, asked the staff if we could check out a little bit late at 2 pm on the same day, they accommodated us without asking for more money. Con: not too convenient to rent a motorbike nearby.

The room I stayed was quite spacious and clean. I can see the unblocking scene of the stadium from my room. The room is well proofed from noise. They delivered the bleakfast of my choice to my room but the menu was quite limited. I had beef noodle soup. The staff were quite friendly and speak good English. They washed my socks and underwears I put in the laundry basket and didn't charge the laundry fee as I didn't filled in request form. There were no gym and swimming pool but Overall I'm satisfied. Excellent value for money.

The staff here were so attentive, they greeted us so warmly, they even arranged transport and coolers with cold water for the tournament. Plus, they always try to answer our inquiries with a smile.

Our team stayed at this hotel in July 2020. My Trunk and his staff were wonderful, no request was too big for them, and they supported all of us and our families an touring team of 26 over the weekend. They planned extra beds and blankets, buses to our playing area, ice and water for our tournament. During the day it rained heavily and when we returned, the staff had plastic bags ready for wet laundry and playing kit. It was these little touches that made us feel so welcome. As a large group, we took over the restaurant at breakfast and the lobby as we were meeting, and each time the staff was gracious and supported us in our requests. If the situation allows, the hotel was as close to our playing area and had access to Vinmart and other shops and malls. Some of our team requested a Dy hire car for tourists, and this was once again arranged with a smile and efficiency. Breakfast was included in the room and consisted of fruit, pho, egg station, cereals, and bread. Coffee, tea, juice, water, and coffee. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were very spacious with beautiful European sized baths and showers. The beds are very comfortable.

Everything we required for a wonderful two-night stay. The room was big and comfortable, with a decent-sized bathroom, a lovely, deep, deep bathtub, and shower with excellent hot water pressure and nice amenities. Nice firm bed, and Aircorn was responsive. The minibar and breakfast were both simple but adequate. For our purpose, the location was great, near the sports stadium, taxis, and grabs that were easy to locate for going into town, and other amenities. Staff listened attentively to our needs and cheerfully handled our various requests. My trunk and his staff made us all feel very welcome and at ease. Will return!.

I booked the hotel for my team while working on the fi circuit. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is great for the race circuit. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to covid 19, and the hotel gives us a full refund on the balance of our stay. Highly recommended.
