Room was exactly as shown in the pictures, bed was super comfortable. Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Location was great for my few days in DaNang. Just two-minute walk to the beach, and so many restaurants and shops on the same street.

I don't understand the bad reviews at all. Are we even living in the same existence? I booked a deluxe room and got room 702. I was so surprised when I got in the room. It was really spacious, clean and nicely furnished. No bad smell, no bugs (only hotel in SA that I didn't find any mosquitos or any other bugs after 2 months of travelling here!), no mold, no dirt etc. The view is spectacular from the seventh floor! The toilet and shower was spacious and had good pressure. I especially liked the shower and the small bench you could sit on. This is also one of the few places where you get a separate key card for the door, and another card for the electricity. Not many places have this. All the amenities worked and the fridge was big, AC worked and also the roof fan. I also had the best wifi here so far in Vietnam... And you get plenty of chargers beside the bed (even USB). The rooftop pool located on the 10:th floor give you an amazing view over the city. I liked relaxing there after the sunset and watch all the city lights. You can even see the Dragon Bridge from there. Last but not least, the location. You have a couple of minutes to the beach and so many restaurants and spas. Do people understand that when they book a 2 or 3 star hotel, it won't be a 5 star hotel? I don't think so... Anyway, for 30$ a night this is one of the best 3 star hotels that I have ever stayed at. You can't get better value for money. I will definitely book this place again.

Everything happens seamlessly at this hotel from check-in to check-out. The staff are friendly and helpful, and either have some English or are experts at using translator apps. The room was clean, spacious, quite, cool and attractive. The surrounding area has everything you could want, while being a large block away from main tourist area, and so is more authentically Vietnamese. The beach is wonderful. I shall return asap!

The service was good and the girl working there was smiling most of the time when we walked past or qhen we checked in/out. The hotelroom is so so. It is cheap for a reason, but it is serviceable if youre on a budget. They will check your hotelroom before you can check out completely so keep a solid 10-15 minutes for it if youre going to catch a plane.

There wasn't anything that I liked. Don't believe the positive reviews. This hotel is neglected. Hall carpet is dirty and smells. AC does not EVER fully cool down your room. Floor boards joints have gaps, wall paper in my room was dirty, hole in bathroom ceiling. No hairdryer, no coffee. Location is not as good as you think, better hotels are out there.
